일단 체낭비치랑 가깝구여. 비치로드랑도 걸어서 3분거리? 암튼 가깝구요. 나가자마자 보면 비치로드앞에 오키드리아 라는 랍스타가게 크게있어요. 거기서 랍스타랑 타이거새우 꼭 드시길. 초초초강추드려요. 중국인들이 많아서 쫌 씨끌벅적하지만 비치로드에서는 유명한 맛집이랍니다. 랍스타는 작은거 시켜서 맛만보시고 새우를 추천드립니다. 랍스터라 집게발이 없는놈이라 생각보다 살이 많지는 않구요 새우가 살이 많아요. 암튼 숙소 좋아요.ㅎㅎ숙소에 1링깃짜리 아이스크림도 판매하니 드셔보세요

Really good staff .Please improve the water in the bathroom because very slowly . Location are superb, near to cenang beach, food and shopping. Very comfortable for backpacker.

You got what you paid ”

You really got what you paid. I got the room for about rm50, so can't really complaint about the facilities etc. Its in front of the Zone, so you can shop and send it to the room to store it. Everything is walking distance so that's nice. The place is super rundown, no one is around to greet, you kinda have to WhatsApp someone (they posted the number at the door) to check in. Best if you check in at 2pm, there's someone there. Room is pretty spacious, working water heater, TV and aircond. A bit smelly and its because there's no windows. I only stay for one night, don't think I can stay longer than that

The maintenance is very bad”

The water from the air cond pipe keep on leaking (maintenance). The toilet not clean/maintain very well. The television cannot watch. I'm very disappointed. Please improved.

But, not so good room. Aircond got problem cause build some ice. Bed is broken. Heater also broken, cannot use. Can hear noise from outside and room next door.

We arrived late night and noone was there so a employee came after I called him to give us the key for the room-which I appreciated. Besides that everything was really bad. The room was full of mosquitos, the blanket smelly, no sink in the bathroom, old and not cared place. On the wall near the bed it was written "I hate this hotel" which I totally get.

Cheap hotel, location very near the beach and eateries, receptionist not always around, so before you go please inform them earlier of your flight for them to standby there for you, wall old and dirty, shower area quite narrow ,no toilet paper, no towel bring your own, no shampoo or body wash and not bottled water.

There was a rat in the room. In addition the humidity in the pieces is very many and the sheets clearly dirty.

Nobody at reception nobody pick up the phone”

This is by far my worst experience ever, after a long day of travel i arrive at the zen rooms 8 doors. (After looking for 30min since google maps location is not right) there was nobody there with 3 phone numbers on the door. I tried first 2, number disconnected. 3rd one picked up but said he did notnwork there anymore he would look for a number. He send me a number also didnt work, i called him back and finally ingot the right number. I got someone of their organisation, i gave my full name and booking number and told him can you please send someone here i pay 3 euro per minute since i dont have a maylasian sim. He would not do that and proceeded asking questions, i told him to cancel the booking and booked a different hotel nearby. Overall calling around costed me double the room price and i still had to book something different. I have no clue why hotels like this get listed, its a disgrace and i hope i get my money back

This is such a terrible place to stay. It's dirty, full of bed bugs, it doesnt even have a sink to wash your hands! And the reception is not open, you have to wait for hoirs till someone appears to open the door of the dingy nasty rooms. Agoda should reconsider offering paces like this.
