깨끗하고 아름답다. 수영장 커서 이용하기 매우 좋았고, 직원들이 친절하고,매일 물과 스낵들을 리필해줘서 좋았다. 한달 있었는데 작지만 주방이 있어서 식사를 해 먹을 수 있었다. 작지만 식료품을 살수 있는 곳도 있고, 솔라리스, 퍼블리카가 도보로 10분정도 걸린다. 스튜디오에 묵었는데 냉장고가 조금만 더 컸다면 좋았을 것 같았다. 호텔 곳곳이 아름다워서 인스타 사진을 찍는 젊은 여성들이 많다

가족여행에 딱 좋은 호텔입니다”
가족여행으로 이용하기에 너무 좋은 호텔이였습니다. 수영장도 너무 잘되어있고 가족방은 넓고 쾌적하고 침대도 많아서 좋았습니다. 그리고 부대시설이 수영장 외에도 아이들과 구경다닐 장소가 많아서 심심하지 않았습니다. 그치만 호텔의 청결상태가 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 쇼파에 지워지지않는 얼룩이 있었고 침대시트에도 얼룩이 있었습니다. 그런 부분만 개선된다면 최고의 호텔이 될것같습니다.

침구류나 침대에 대한 만족도는 낮음 침대 크기도 작은 편. 방의 청결도도 가격 대비 별로 좋지 못함 객실 크기 대비 화장실이 작고 수압이 약함. 숙소 위치도 몽키아라 다른 숙소들에 비해 안 좋음 방의 인테리어는 딱히 특이한 걸 모르겠고 건물이 고층이라 방에서 바라보는 뷰가 훌륭 수영장/공용시설/로비앞이 앤틱하고 고급짐 결론 : 재방문 의사는 없습니다..ㅎㅎ

Comfy and stylish!”
Upon checking in, it was a smooth process and the front desk staff was very helpful with the explanation of their facilities there. The room was very clean, spacious and had all the things you’ll need for you stay. It even comes with a microwave oven, conduction stove and a washing machine/dryer! The bed was on the harder side but I prefer it that way. The view out of the window was spectacular especially at night! There are also shops and cafes at G floor so you don’t have to go far for food. Parking is free for hotel guests, just remember to validate your parking ticket each time before you leave. Unfortunately, the hotel’s lifts take a long time to reach and if there are a lot of people (during the weekend) you’ll have to wait or squeeze in together. Try checking in or out at a non peak hour to avoid this. The door of the room is not soundproof either. You can clearly hear all the commotion even from the lift area from inside your room. Adjoining rooms can clearly hear what your neighbours are doing as well. Overall, it was a good stay and it’s worth to stay over a night or two. Kudos to the staff for being efficient and helpful!

Worth every penny”
I first saw posted about this hotel on IG and I was stunned with the look of this hotel as a whole. From that I decided to book a room with my friend to stay for a night. Parking was easy. Check in process was smooth even at that time need to qeueu. Elevator need to improve because that time only can use 2 out of 5. Room was clean and comfy plus spacious with KL view. Really feel at home. All amenities inside room was there. Swimming pool also clean. R floor pool was okay coz its just a small size pool. Mosaic pool better coz you can cuci mata 😆😅. I will definitely come back to stay. I love everything about this hotel.

Most recommended staycation hotel in KL”
This hotel is just perfect for staycation! The room was clean and well equipped, they provide free snack as well ♥️ And the bed and pillow were so comfyyy! The front desk is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. We’re impressed by their prompt response on our queries and requests. Not to forget, the location of the hotel is good where we have amazing KL city view from our room ! Overall, We had a wonderful experience with this hotel and it is definitely worth for a short stay as well ♥️

Staycation with family”
Staycation with family. Stayed here with my family over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised! Very pretty boutique hotel with nice design. The unit was comfortable and quite well equipped for a short stay! Cutleries, plates, pot, induction cooker, fridge, washing machine and almost anything you need were prepared! Very clean room and toilets. Water pressure and heater was good. Aircond functioned very well. Great location with walking distance to the mall or short driving distance to Sri Hartamas area for food! The hotel has totally surpassed my expectations with the price i have paid!

Chic, comfortable, convenient”
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Ami Suites. The hotel’s location is unrivalled, with many great cafes and restaurants just several minutes of drive away. Rooms were chic and comfortable. We were most impressed by how well-equipped they were - basic kitchen amenities, washing machine, childhood snacks! and a comprehensive set of toiletries were provided. A personal highlight of the stay was definitely the lobby - great ambience, beautifully-designed and serves great cakes and coffee by the Owls Cafe. We can’t wait to be back already!

GOOD MEMORIES.”
For our group everything was perfect except for the entrance to n exit from parking area which were a tight squeeze. To start with the location was great and easy to find. Check in was a breeze and Ms Siti took the effort to explain everything n Mr Aiman was very helpful, both were pleasant. The room was excellent in terms of cleanliness, facilities etc. Should maintain spare toilet rolls and tissues. Value for money Facility is new, the challenge will be to maintain it at this condition as the building ages.

Room :- comfy 2 bedroom suite Room was comfortable enough..The queen bed can fit for 2 only.if U have small kid,might be cramp.Microwave and dryer are the plus point.U can chill at the room hall sofa lounge watch Netflix. Staff named Zac was helpful.So do the other 1 Malay n Chinese lady..Tq so much. This place are instagrammable in every corner...But the lif are confusing..U have to go in n out ,up n down 3 building to explore this place.. Luckily we managed to take pics in every attraction place.. Overall it was a pleasant stay..Looking forward to come again..

Upon arrival, the FD staff was very efficient and friendly. They tried their best to get the best room for you. I met into a bit of a trouble in the room, housekeeping was quick to come with help and solve the issue. Room was clean and comfortable. A request to get extra towels was also met very swiftly. A lot of place where you can take nice photos for your social media and its easily accessible. Just remember to bring proper swimming attire if you're planning to use the pool & jacuzzi

Great stay, hip room, nice facilities”
Extremely value for the money. Having realized this was Arte Mont Kiara, I got a little bit concerned at first as my experience with Arte Ampang was subpar, though knowing that the management is different. Check in experience was smooth and easy, from entering the car park to the room. The facilities are new and great, with every tower has different amenities from fancy garden to the nice hot jacuzzi pool. I didn't regret taking day off to check in to this hotel and enjoyed the privacy while using the facilities. That itself has already kept my entertained until the late evening. The room was cozy and complete, with cooking utensils, cutleries and washing machine and dryer, despite being promoted as a 'Snug Studio'. It's amazing how much it has with a small space. I really liked the design of the room, bathroom and selection of furniture, it's very hip and chic. I have zero complains.

AMI suites did not disappoint! I love how the unit was set up elegantly and comfortably. Everything was nice, they have complete set of toiletries, towels, free coffee and snacks. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay to celebrate Valentines together. It was my 3rd time to visit Arte Mont Kiara and my first time to check in at AMI suites but I can say it is highly recommendable. My friends told me that we will surely come back and spend more days next time😊

Facilities and amenities are all present. Every needs including kitchenware is provided. Lobby and rooms are clean and standard luxurious. Staffs are friendly/helpful and smiling always. Check in and check out is quick. Only a little worry is about parking. From carpark to the room quite confusing as I had to take 2 different lifts to get there. Lift is quite fast but only 2 out of 3 lifts are working, so waiting time can go up to 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, everything is perfect and high class looking hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Everthing was so pretty, from the entrance lobby, to the coffee shop, to the lift, in the lift, outside the lift - EVERYTHING so pretty! Even the parking lot also got chandelier. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The moment I stepped in the room, the front staff, Zac called to check on whether everthing's okay. Thanks Zac! The room also very clean, everything was nice and I planned to visit again soon.

Status Snug studio with affordable price. 1. Parking : complimentary parking without charges 2. Staff very friendly, kind and sweet smile 3. Internet with high speed 4. Cleanliness was good 5. Toiletries completely 6. Provided Safe box, iron board, hair dryer 7. Comfortable beds & pillows 8. In room coffee station provided free 2 in 1 coffee, tea bag and some snack & drinking water. 9. Kitchen area Provided Mini fridge, microwave, kettle , fried pan, kitchen hod without hood. 10. Have a Skyworth TV with Nexflix and YouTube. No need to connecting. This is the best part when we watching Netflix without internet connection issue. For me very sastified and no complaints with the price I paid.

I booked this hotel for my mum's birthday (3 pax) and chose the 2-room suite. I'm based in Aus and Ami staff were easy to liaise with and they responded to all my email inquiries fast. They upgraded my family's room and provided amazing service throughout their stay. The facilities (pool, jacuzzi) looked amazing, food delicious, decor beautiful and unique, and the suite itself was beyond awesome - my family had the best stay and can't wait to come again (hopefully I'll be able to join them!). Awesome staff service from Mr Aiman & his crew. Accomodation was very comfortable, complete with a working washer/dryer, hotplate cooker, microwave, and a little fridge. The mosaic pool is great for families, while the small infinity pool is good for a cosy dip. The view from my room is breathtaking. Overall, a comfortable and homely stay. Will definitely return for future stays.

Value for Money and Superb”
Room was clean, the hotel safety is superb whenever tou go must be with access card. Swiming pool was superb awesome at night also so beautiful. Recomended for those who love OOTD. Parking area was quite good but u have to park at right place at your building
