전반적으로 만족함
전반적으로 호텔은 깨끗하게 꾸며져있고 하우스키핑직원들은 친절하나 예약시 확인한 3인실에 대해서는 준비가 안된상태로 배정받았습니다. 추가요청사항은 꼭 확인해야 될 것 같습니다.조식이 11시까지 가능하고 다양해서 좋고, 룸상태도 좋았습니다.

편안하게 다녀왔습니다
방도 넓고, 아주 만족스럽게 지냈습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 것은 냉장고가 작은 것입니다. 31개월 아이를 위해서 낮동안 들고다닐 음료 등을 시원하게 하려고 했는데, 몇 개밖에 넣지 못 했습니다. 시내에 접근하거나, 공항, 두바이에 접근하기에 적당한 위치라고 생각합니다. 다만, 시내가 아니므로, 렌트가 아니면 도저히 다닐 수가 없습니다. 참고로, 방안 온도 조절이 일반적인 호텔과 다릅니다. 22도가 기본 세팅으로 몇도를 올리거나 낮출 것인지 누르게 되어 있습니다. 24도를 위해서 +2.0으로 했었습니다. (설명이 없어서 처음에 헷갈렸습니다.)

Anantara in name only
My wife and I have been coming here since the hotel first opened from Dubai and stay in a Kasara mangroves view room. The lounge service has reduced dramatically and we did not receive an afternoon tea. The breakfast in the main restaurant is very poor and the quality of food on offer is not very good. Comparing this hotel to Qasr al Sarab does no favours for the mangroves hotel which is nowhere near as good.

Nice clean Hotel and in front of the Mangroves there is this huge pipe that ruin the view.
Pros: swimming pool, room interior, bed Cons: pipe in front of the swimming pool, damage the whole view. First night they forgot the dental kit, I ask 2 they brought 1:(. The second night is a lot better. Housekeeping visited our room at the afternoon again to check and make ready for the night.

This was our first stay in Abu Dhabi and I'm so pleased we chose to stay at the Anantara Easern Mangroves. It's a little out the way from the city centre but we were aware of this when we booked as we were looking for somewhere away from the hussel of the centre, also Taxi's are plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff were the best thing about the hotel, attentive but not over powering, every person we encountered were helpful, freindly and knowledgeable. To anyone that stays at the hotel I would strongly recommend pre booking for the breakfast! Probably one of the best I have ever had in a hotel! Also the Thai restaurant was amazing. We will definalty be back and will ensure we stay for a lot longer. I've also already put friends onto this hotel and feel more than comfortable in doing so. It was fantastic stay
Staff are smiling all the time Registration staff are very good Room is specious and very clean Room service is excellent ( doing additional evening round is brilliant idea) Breakfast is wonderful and the staff are excellent especially Mr Habib,Daisy and Mohd . Swimming pool including lifeguards are great. They need to have a proper kids club Overall it was a great stay and I strongly recommend this hotel
