가족들과의 첫 여행 숙소였는데 굉장히 쾌적하고 좋았습니다! 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 서비스가 너무 좋아서 즐거운 기억으로 남았습니다. 뉴욕 숙소는 웬만하면 매우 좁은데 여기 숙소는 다른 숙소에 비해 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다!! 다른 숙소도 묵어봤는데 여기 숙소가 더 좋은 거 같아요!! 다음에도 뉴욕으로 여행온다면 또 방문할 의사가 있습니다!!!

Absolutely the worst experience at any Andaz I have ever stayed. From start to finish was just awful. Booked into a suite but was given a horrible room and some serious front desk attitude for using Agoda. Really? Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Strange”
What a strange stay. First we were told the spa is under renovation but I couldn’t find any evidence of a spa anyway. Secondly the restaurant on floor 2 appears abandoned. Thirdly the hotel lacks any of the buzz and vibe associated with the brand. Staff were ok, perfunctory and the room air con was not working......I’ve stayed in Hyatt’s many times globally and this was strange strange strange!!

I stayed at the Large King Room one night to celebrate our birthdays with my boyfriend. I stated it was for our double birthdays as a special request when I booked through Agoda. However, none of staff gave us a birthday wish nor birthday card/sweets. There was no coffee/tea in the room but only in the lobby. We found hairs of the previous visitors in the bathtub and on the towel. We wish we had much more variety of breakfast buffet options considering how much we paid for it. Andaz Tokyo was beyond superb and I was expecting the same experience here but I guess every city has a different standard.

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff, Huge Room!”
We had a great stay at Andaz Wall Street Hotel. It's location right in the heart of Wall Street, while a little away from the touristy areas, was highly convenient as there were several subway lines in the area within a 5-10 minute walk that would bring you anywhere in Manhattan and even to Brooklyn. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and pointed us to great eateries in the area and provided us with other more general information about getting around Manhattan. The room we had and from what I'm lead to believe, all the rooms in the hotel, are huge! Biggest I've seen in Manhattan and is designed in a rather Scandinavian, minimalist kind of decor. Quite tasteful and very comfortable. However, if you are traveling with a person who's not your partner and wanting to share the room, be aware that there is a clear glass portion on the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, which could be awkward for some. Besides that, its a great place to stay and we highly recommend it! Would definitely come back to stay if we're in New York again.

Disappointed ”
We stayed at the Andaz in 2013 and loved it, so booked it again for 2014. I requested a double room, and called the week before to confirm this. When I called on the day just to check our reservation, I was told there were no double rooms, and a roll away was not even possible because it was a fire hazard. I ended up speaking with the manager and that was absolutely pointless, he was no help at all and was more concerned about finding out the name of the person i originally spoke to than actually helping with the problem. The tea and coffee were never refilled downstairs, which wasn't a major issue but there were a lot off little issues throughout our stay that all added up. The movie channel on the TV was broken, and apparently this was a known issue that the hotel had just not fixed, and the radio / ipod dock was also broken. We wont be staying here again in 2015.

New Yorker in a New York hotel”
My time at the Andaz Hotel was great. The only suggestion would be a better explanation of the final bill upon checkout, as well as a better room temperature system. Outside of those two, and maybe a better set up with TV listings as no data was available, I will stay again and suggest for visiting friends.
