밤12시에 도착해서 체크인하는데 어두워서 경비실초소에서 키받다가 장식해놓은 돌계단주위 징검다리같은 분수 밟다가 어두워서 물에 빠졌어요~ ㅜㅜ;; 옷 여권 가방 다젖어서 완전 쨩나요~ 들어가서 옷 세탁하느라 고생고생.. 어두운데다가 무슨 로비도 아니고 입구 초소같은데서 키를 준다고하고.. 첫날부터 어이없었어여 조심하세여,,정말

Highly recommended ”
I traveled with my 70 years old mom for an event in Kuala Lumpur. The location is very convenient and just a few minutes to the LRT subway. There’s a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. The building has a gym and swimming pool. The apartment is spacious and clean. The host was friendly and caring. I would definitely stay at this place if I came back to this city. Highly recommended & totally worth the money.

Love spending time at the property watching Netflix, such a cozy house. Definitely gonna book again! But please fix the clogged shower drain and put a bath foot towel or bath rug/carpet.

Cleanliness need improvement.”
The suite is for a group/person who just want to stay/gather just to have some fun with the interior (it is as per picture) with a great location and nice host. But the cleanliness = the worst. The toilet smells bad. The microwave looks like it is never been cleaned. The fridge have a leftover drink (teh ais ikat tepi) and ice from speedmart. The fridge also looks like it has never been cleaned properly with all the drink and food stains. The liquid hand soap in the kitchen = just a plastic packaging with no proper bottle. I am not against it (I am not being a clean freak) but the soap got some tiny particles that makes you feel "Seriousla". Well I am not sure what is the logic of having a nice interior with poor cleanliness, but yeah, if you are not going to use the kitchen frequently or planning to have a blast in the toilet, the suite is for you.

Clean and modern unit ”
Pros: - clean and spacious unit - good location - excellent amenities Cons: - slow WiFi - water clogged in shower - have to use staircase to lobby unless you park at higher levels Remark: One thing that concerned me the most is there is a camera in the unit facing the main door for security purposes, it’s not functional, but somehow it’s still bothers me. Other than that , this is a very good and clean unit , super good location and very good amenities.

Great location with astonishing view of KL city from the rooftop. Check in was smooth. Nice unit.. some shelves a bit dusty but overall it was ok. Only real problem is the shower drainage is very slow.. had to use the suction pump to clear the water. Should really get that fixed.

Cleanliness was not in the picture. From kitchen to living room to toilet. Fan was like there is snow of dust there and floor full of dust. I have to clean the kitchen by myself. I get bad sinus when i was there. The pros here they got big screen tv, great location to stay.

It's a great and nice location. Easy to find everything. But i don't disagree about foreigner staff who handled our stay recently. Why must foreigner in-charged instead of local people? I would prefer local than foreigner.. I the stay so much even it's a short vacation 3 days 2 nights. Great as they have washing machine wz cloths dryer but they did not provide detergent. How to wash our dirty cloths?

The house condition not so clean, there is stain on bed sheet, the toilet also. the kitchen is full of dust on the floor as well. I wont repeat or reconmend if the service continue like this.

WiFi very poor connection, disturbing our privacy ”
Got camera inside the residence in front the door are not necessary for muslim traveller. This is my first time to see this kind of thing, been travelling for more than 5 years and never get a room or residence had a camera inside the room. Really disturbing our privacy. Got a dirty glass, toiletries are not provided. Doesn’t worth the money because as a traveller, we want the easy way for us. Very poor service

3 days in Kuala Lumpur”
Our check-in has been troublesome as we haven’t had any wifi at the entrance of the residence to call our host. Only due to a kind traveler, we were able to get a connection to call him and get directions on how to get in the building. The key card was in a mailbox without any codes given to us by the host. We had to put our hands through the slid... The appartement was not properly cleaned and you can tell that it has seen its best days already. There were no toiletries or tea/coffee... The pool was only open on our first day

We landed at 4 am with two young kids we waiting more than 1hr outside just to get in to our room very bad service only securities were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the best location close to everything but the room is very dirty the window and the couches looks like it’s hasn’t been cleaned for months when you call them to clean they only clean half of the room very sad no staying there anymore

Pros: - Nice interior Cons: - Bad housekeeping (There were leftover food remnants, food stains, party confetti and ants all over the floor) - Faulty water heater (Water doesn't get hot at all, so couldn't use the bath tub) Overall: Not worth it
