Good Price easy to find food,laundry But quite dangerous and quite place not to many people walk in by abd,my car had attempt to be robbery at the end someone had stole my car plate number.I had to make almost one day police report. Maybe some one want to use my car plate number for wrong doing

Clean, cheap and nearby to Batu Caves”

I was given room number 22 and it served the purpose that I needed. Room was clean and nice. Just like own room at home. Location is good, near to eateries and also Batu Caves. Counter staff was courteous. This is a new budget hotel. Book without doubt.

I was given a room with dusty floor and got cockroach running on the floor. Too tired to ask for a room change.

Helpful staff but confusing details of the room”

I overlooked the name of the room (Triple room), since the room details are limited so I just looked at the pictures given. I need 2 double queen beds, but I got 1 queen and 1 single bed. So when I clarified this to the staff, he mentioned the name of the room (triple room), that's why I got such beds. Luckily the staff was quite helpful and I have to pay RM10 to change my room to double queen beds (I don't know the name of room though). The hotel is near the main road, so don't expect a quiet night. It's ok for a one-night stay, just for transit.

Our one night stay ”

Booked a deluxe room for a night stay,reached the hotel at 4.30pm and the reception told me there are no rooms available as it is fully booked.Waited for 10 minutes,the reception lady told us that there is a triple family room available and she asked us to top up.Called up agoda and they gave me a free upgrade.Was happy with it but unfortunately our room wasnt ready till around 7pm.The room is okay,comfy beds,new hotel,easy parking outside the hotel,staffs are helpful.They have free wifi.Overall everything is good for a budget hotel,couldnt ask for more.Other than the waiting part,i will rate this place a 4/5. Definetely will come again <3 Kudos to the reception staff and agoda customer service <3
