Amazingly Beautiful ”
Arte by Thomas Chan is amazingly beautiful. We stayed at Glam II (2 bed rooms) for a nigth. We loved the room decor and design. Glam II comprises of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Tip top service. Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was good too despite the limited options. Welcome drinks, High Tea and Dinner was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Arte. Great facilities as well. But those who loves to swim might find their swimming pool is small. Half size of standard Olympic pool. But it doesn't matter to us. All in all, we highly recommend Arte by Thomas Chan.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Arte by Thomas Chan; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was superb, clean, and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

Amazing stay”
Amazed by the design of room! Really have a pleasant stay. Comfy and clean enough , things are well supplied but the only thing is there’s no microwave oven. Anyway, there’s room service food which is nice! Definitely will come back for another stay.

I booked Louis Room and it is nice ambience. This was on the top of the list of best stays. The room were clean and comfortable. Surely will come again to other room.

I booked for my daughter to celebrate 15 years birthday. The reception Ms.jasmine has given a complimentary cake sent to the room and she is very helpfull to assist us to upgrade the room with a good deal.The housekeeping was very on time and the interior of the hotel was very beautiful,felt like in france! Nice hotel, very good, clean.staff were really friendly. Easy way payment. Easy parking. Could be better with breakfast. Maybe can add more choice of food.

Great weekend getaway in the city”
Nice, clean spacious room. Food also tasty. Helpful staff. The only con is the lift too slow to reach level 60 n above, took a lot of time to go up n down

Amazing interior”
A lot of thought was put into the entire interior of the building, the corridors and the room. It feels like a royalty staying in a palace. =) It was disappointing that the Fitness Center is not for hotel guests. Swimming pool is available but must book your slot to use.

The front desk staff copy all my card info include my 3 digit secure code. I ask why she responded that is their procedure to key in to the system But this info is very sensitive I hope the management can look into this matter

Interior design is top notch. The sahur food was average. The checkin staff was great but the front desk staff (checkout day) was a bit pushy when we wanted to get some nice photos at the beautiful cafe, and its like all the staff is watching our every movement, and made me n my wife a bit uncomfortable. nevertheless, its a great place for your instagram collection .
