두처례 모두 담당 직원이 데스크에 없엇고 체크 아웃 때도 시간을 지키지 않앗으며 숙소 사용에 대한 안내도 거의 안해서 불편을 겪었어요~ 마지막 체크 아웃 시에는 부재중이면서도 전화를 받지 않아 난감했어요~ 이 직원에 대한 저치 해주시고 제가 겪은 불편에 보상요구합니다~

overall the apartment is great and the facilities is fantastic. but only the check in procedure need to improve, wait about half an hour only can check in that day rushing for an event once we booked, should have a customer service tell us how to park our car and check in waste a lot of our time, after arrive the suite, only the guard told us need to turn other side and park at visitor parking, then only check in and get the pass, then need to drive to other parking when i stayed other suites which similiar operatioin as yours, they will whatsapp us a guide in a pdf file, at least we know how to check in and get our self ready. kindly improve. thank you

Its will be my first time and last time staying here. From the Agoda, i can see good decoration and interior design with green wall, good curtain. But the house is a normal decoration house. A very very new house. Totally different with Agoda Picture. *NO WIFI (Dont expect u can use your phone, Delco line not stable here, cant call&stream. without wifi, u cant online) *NO KITCHENWARE (no plate, no bowl, no spoon, no fork, no cup) *NO HAIRDRYER *NO TOILET PAPER *NO IRONING FACILITIES *NO MIRROR (toilet also don have) If u don have all of this, please dont stated in Agoda, U are cheating on us. And please show the original house picture to your customer, don't fool your customer. The management didn't guide us how to go up to the room, they only give us the access card, and tell us the block number, no any instruction given, we have to find ourself. The only good thing in here are room with higher floor which is 46 floor with klcc view.

Worst nightmare I ever had in my life for staying in this unit which treat customer in unprofessional way. No TV functional even do have TV in their unit No help desk will be provided No proper car park facility No dustbin will be provided No grab car will pick up if you stay in this condo Worst scenario is there no electricity on the second day if you stayed in the unit especially when you book with hhereos management units. Besides that, hhereos management will not answer or message if you need anything in case of emergency. They will no show any sign of remorse over their ignorance to guest. Please don't ever stay in artes plus unit manage by hherous.

The services were awful. Came at 3pm to check in but the receiptionist were not around. Had to text the person then only he came but then I had to pay RM 200 for security deposit eventhough I already paid full in Agoda. The security deposit payment was also a bit suspicious as it was not mentioned beforehand in the instructions. Idk whether agoda needs to improve on the comments section so that provider can send a message to the user or maybe the provider is just too unsystematic. The residence place was beautiful. Too bad the lift was confusing and crowded as hell

No WiFi provided and there's no studio room, the staff will say being upgraded to 2 bedroom. The service is poor and slow response. The lift need to wait very long and the facility is at different tower and you need to take different lift.

The description of the listing is not accurate, gym facilities is not available for all, internet not working and staff do not reply to your request in fixing the problem. They insist on collecting cash as security deposit but they are not there to refund you upon check out. Check in and check out very long wait.

Location is sucks, waiting area has no bench, very small area. Crowded with lots of people standing at such small place for car to pick up/drop off. The location of this apartment is not strategic, very congested and small area to enter to the building. Long story short, staff is not on time, wake up at noon just to handle my enquiry. Check in early is not like other airbnb/hotels. Got extra charge : RM20 per hour. WTF?! Check in only can be allowed at 3pm! The facilities are sucks, elevators are super slow~ Swimming pool is small! Crowded with people especially during the weekend. Check in/out is such an issue for me. The staffs are very slow in handling us. There's no proper check in and out. Have to wait few hours for them to attend you. Such a disappointment! Overall my stay at the apartment is SO NOT SATISFIED! Especially with their staff. Sooooo slow and not helpful! This is my first and the last i stayed here!
