친절한 직원과 특이한 인테리어”
숙소가 KL 에서는 4키로 정도 떨어져있지만 그랩으로 한 4000원 정도면 갈 수있고 안막힐땐 더 싸고... 숙소는 깨끗했다. 문이 좀 삐그덕 거리는 소리가 낫지만 숙소 자체는 깨끗하고 이불도 깨끗했다. 수영장도 이용할만 하고 로비 인테리어도 특이하다. 직원이 친절해서 체크아웃 하도 가방도 맡겨주고 공항 갈때도 가방 같이 가져다주고 아주 친절했다 하지만 로비가 따로 있는게 아니라 전화나 WhatsApp 로 연락해서 체크인 체크아웃 해야한다 영어가 안되면 체크인 시 좀 어려울 수도....

T1 건물은 물도 자쥬 끊기고 바퀴벌레가 있었어요. T3으로 옮긴 뒤에는 괜찮았어요 참고하세요. 수영장도 조금 더러웠구요 가격이 싼만큼입니다

바퀴벌레와의 싸움”
수영장이 넓고 예뻐서 좋았는데 막상 들어가보니 깨끗하지않았고 바퀴벌레와의 전쟁으로 정말 힘들었습니다. 심지어 주말에는 사람들이 너무 몰려와서 12시간 물이 나오지 않았습니다 ㅜㅜ 제 기억의 최악의 숙소였습니다

Fantastic suites ever”
I had a wonderful experience here. Unit with KLCC and KL Tower view in high floor with private lift. Definitely will visit again. The staff Mr. Wan and Mr. Reza very helpful and friendly. The serviced apartment full with places to visit and must see by own eyes. Too much to explain by words. Best weekend ever.

Superb service ”
I booked for a colleague before reading the reviews and when I decided to join her I read all the horrible reviews about the elevators. Indeed it’s inconvenient and confusing and there’s no artistic about it. Other than that, everything was great! Spacious, clean and cozy room. Hanging out in the fantasy garden at night is relaxing. Abaz is really helpful and he’s there to assist you till 12midnight.

The staff was helpful and we had a big room. Didn't expect it to be that big. Anyhow the building management should look into the facilities at the Lazy River. The were a lot of MOSQUITOS! Please make sure you wear proper swimming attire as there's a RM50 fine if you don't! The lifts were a bit confusing but you will have a private lift to your own unit. Other than that the pool was big, loved the hanging garden and the swedish garden! A must with your family

Nice View”
Check in at lobby and check out at level R. The guard so helpful, check in staff waiting at lobby for check in process. We got apartment at unit 8 level 38, Nice view, facing to trx,118 and KL tower. The apartment like in description. But covid time, most outside facilities such as lazy river, swimming pool, swedish garden closed,only level R can take picture. Lift too slow and clowned.

Third time and will still come back! ”
Service is always great. Abaz is always there to assist even on his day off and managed to arrange our request for a room in tower 3 and Zee was there to assist in person. I managed to get used of the confusing elevator layouts. Arte Plus becomes our favorite place to stay in KL and Luxury Suites Asia becomes our favorite host.

Apart from the check in process and the amount of security deposit needed, I have no further complaint. The unit are clean, Arte facilities are great. Issues (no biggie) were handled swiftly by the staffs.
