The studio unit with air conditioned room is located at Avida Towers 1 at the 3rd Floor and at the very heart of the city. The unit feature a flat-screen TV, kitchen with basic utensils, with an oven and microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. It's a 2 minute walk to Marco Polo, Roxas Night Market, Peoples Park. Just 3.4 km from SM City Davao, 5 minutes away from Abreeza Ayala Mall and banks around the area too.

PLEASE RESPECT MY PLACE AND WE DO'NT ALLOW BRINGING IN DIFFERENT WOMEN IN MY UNIT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A MOTEL, IT'S A HOME AND IT MUST BE RESPECTED. 1.Check-in at 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Check-out at 12:00 NN 2.Keys will be provided by me or my check-in staff,please keep us updated with your arrival time. Keys should not be left at the frontdesk. Should you need to leave immediately, contact me immediately. NEVER LEAVE MY UNIT UNLOCK. WE WILL CHARGE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES 3.Number of guests booked should be the same number who is to check-in. Should the number of guests exceeds, the unit manager has the right to refuse or charge the extra head which costs Php 350/head. 12 years old and below are free of charge. However, beyond 12 years old, the extra charge will apply. 4. We require each/all guests to provide us a copy of their valid IDs before their arrival. This is so we can present to the security ahead your identifications, and also to minimize the resources in photocopying the IDs upon arrival. Kindly send your IDs via my viber 092353537173. 5. Noise-level: We request every guest to maintain low level of noise while in the unit so as not to disturb other tenants of the establishment. 6. Unit Care and Treatment: Before checking out, please make sure to turn off electronic appliances (aircon, TV, lamps, hot shower, etc). Please treat the unit as if it is your own home. Take it with care and maintain cleanliness. Smoking inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A fine of 5,000 for smoking. 7. Should there are damages made during the stay (broken glasses, plates, torn linens, etc), guests are to pay for damages fee depending on the damage done. Kindly report immediately to the staff in case this happens. 7. Parking space is NOT AVAILABLE at the establishment. Should you want overnight parking, you may do so at the street in front of the building or nearby Pay Parking Overnight. 8. Guests may use the pool for FREE for 2 guest only. 9. Pets are not allowed.
