The manager is the model of what customer service is about. It's a great place to stay and we have stayed several times. They have a very generous breakfast selection only downside is they dont have a computer yet but are working on it. Both hotels next to them will allow you to use theirs

I really like staying at this hotel very clean and nice beautiful view of six flags nothing negative to say about the room however lady at front desk is not welcoming and I don’t like that I picked up an attitude from her while checking in and a day later I called front desk to stay another day same lady same attitude at this point I was ready to go somewhere else

The location was great and the staff was friendly. I don’t think the AC got the room as cool as we set it, so we were too warm when we woke up. The toilet was really loud when flushing. Other than that, the staff was friendly and it was overall a good stay.

It’s not the nicest place in the world, the breakfast and pool were closed but it was a clean, safe place for me to stay for two nights to watch football that wasn’t expensive

Disappointment with Baymont Hotel”
When I booked with Baymont Hotel in Dallas I thought my experience was going to be a good one. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The following is what I saw/found: First, I had to move to another room the same night because the first room had the ceiling in the bathroom sagging. It appears water got accumulated. The furniture was old and worn. I reported to the front desk and they reassigned me to another room. Even this was a disappointment. First the elevator was not working so I had to walk up the stairs to my room on the fourth floor. My room seems comfortable except the ceiling had like an outline of mold or stain. The ceiling fan control had exposed wire. The faucet for the sink had crud. It was old with no silver luster--just dull with stains of calcium. The refrigerator had stained of kool aid in the top freezer area. The refrigerator did not get cold. I had several families arguing at 3am with one calling the other the "N" word. Outside had thrash all over.

The maintenance man is rude, nosey and should be reprimanded but no one does a thing about him insulting and harrassaing hotel guest.

This hotel let's dog stay here. The dog park all night long. you will not get any sleep in the hotel, so I wasted $90 on a room and we got no sleep. My family will not stay here again. The hotel made not temp to compromise with us with another room or another night.

Overall hotel”
Hotel overall stay was ok. No breakfast or coffee provided downstairs with the entire area closed. Staff did not clean the room had to go downstairs to the front desk to turn in towels to get a second days supply of fresh ones. The hot water in the vanity in our room did not work. Replacement towels had black hair on them which we did not find until unrolling them getting out of the shower to dry off.

First of all I was blessed because I had hardly any trouble with my room besides some minor issues! ”
First of all I am blessed because the room we got was fortunately the best room in the hotel probably . The major issue was we did not have hot water for two days no one ever answered the front desk ever we continuously had to go down if we had problems speaking of that the elevator was broken most of the time small children got stuck in the elevator on two different occasions while we were there !!! I did not eat the free breakfast everyone says it’s good they are conditioner in my room worked wonderful but the hallways are hot there was no smoke detector in our room there were cigarette burns in the bedskirt but the beds were clean and sheeting’s were clean it’s outdated but clean . The bathtub was not but me and my husband cleaned it ourselves because they did not have another room to change to since there were so many people having problems not only that day but it seems every day for the last 30 . We stayed there three nights
