The manager Pam and her employees are nothing but hospitable, kind and gracious and understanding. Even when there’s been some rude guests, the employees remained professional. My friend and I aren’t in the most fitting nor best financial situation but they worked with us willingly and I’m just so grateful for them! Thank you 🙏 so much for your kindness and generosity and smiles! Genuinely!

Horrible experience ”
Not only did they not accommodate to my reservation time, they were extremely rude. They did not explain extra fees I had to pay when I got to the property. The spa was closed which was one of the main reasons we booked the room as well as the free breakfast. There was a no breakfast sign when we got to the property. They only offered pb&j toast with coffee. The pictures online of this place look decent but upon arrival, it was much worse than I imagined. Overall, I’d say to never book a room here and save your troubles of a bad experience.

Get a top floor do not stay in room 125 as a water drain is in wall right by the bed. You will hear that noise most of the night. Comfy bed.

No Shuttle”
Picked this hotel because the listing indicated there was a free airport shuttle. Due to the current Covid situation they are not running it. They also indicated that because we didn’t choose a “stay, park, fly package” there would be a $10/night charge to leave our car there if we took an Uber to the airport instead. Booking was non-refundable so we had to scramble a bit to figured out an alternative parking situation. We chose to stay at Baymont but then pay to park at another hotel with a cheaper parking rate and shuttle. Cost us an extra $35 total. Might have stayed somewhere nicer if we realized this would be the case.

We slept great and there was good service but the physical installation were aging enough to appear a little dingy.

Great visit for the money”
The hotel is a little dated but not bad. There was an odd smell in the room. Other than that it was great. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we didn't spend a ton of money. The staff was great. The line was a couple people deep checking in so the manager hopped on to get us in quickly. Housekeeping came the next morning. I scared her opening the door but she was really nice. We left and let her do her job. Came back and everything was as good as new. We stay here a couple times every year for the last few years. Not the best location in town, but not unsafe. Very close to restaurants. We will be back!
