Nice view, Very helpful”
20분 정도 얼리체크인을 해서인지 청소상태는 아쉽지만 경치와 전망이 좋습니다. 아고다 사진하고는 조금 달라서 아쉽지만 이건 이거대로 멋있네요. 몰랐는데 수영장도 있고요~ 도로 차 소음이 약간 있지만 그래도 조용한 편입니다. 콘센트 위치가 조금 불편.. 전기포트가 녹슬어서 쓰지 않았습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 위치가 좋아서 전반적으로 만족스런 이용이었으며, 이 근방을 여행하신다면 추천합니다!

Good experience here with repeated stay 👍”
1. Affordable price, good value for money 2. Spacious room, clean, complete with basic necessities, if executive room also got sofa and coffee machine. Only iron need to request. Nice city view with big window. Lots of socket plugs almost 10. Good wifi. Smart tv with channel nice with kids channel, even got usb port. Shower with satisfying water pressure and heater. 3. Nice location in setiawalk mall. Pharmacy, convenient store, mamak shop, starbucks just downstairs. Also got nice recreation pond with fountains to refresh yourself just downstairs. Basement free parking a lot. Parking in front also available with ticket need to pay. Walking distance to cinema, lrt station and lotus across street. IOI mall only 5mins drive. 4. Breakfast good with quite variety options. If u stay for more than 1 day, they change menu everyday. Even the view from breakfast cafe nice. Lobby design also nice and have good scent. 5. The best part is their staff. We love all of their helpful, friendly and excellent staff which are even better than lots of 5stars hotel's staff. Security will always open doors for us and help take our luggage even before we enter lobby which is great because we have 2kids with strollers and lots of stuff. Housekeeping, receptionist and cafe staff all professional and helpful also. Good job bespoke hotel staffs 👍 First time came here because of business event nearby, then we repeat out stay, please keep up the warmth gestures 😊

i enjoy so much staying here in bespoke. the location is great, the staff is so caring which help me to freeze my baby food & ice brick since there are no freezer in the hotel room. they send me the baby food every day after i call them. the hotel room is spacious & clean. i get this accommodation for great price by shop.com and get shop points too! highly recommended hotel!

BEST HOTEL IN PUCHONG”
the location quite good and very convenience when i want to travel. staffs are very friendly when my husband can't find the parking lot, he was very passion and polite explain and guide my husband find the parking lot. The room very clean and especially the tissues are very big size. I sleep very comfortable during night, don't have any noisy mat rempit sound. Good to come again this hotel.

Exceptional service and value for money”
The staffs are professional, even the cleaners, knowledgeable, friendly, quick to assist and see to every request. The rooms are very clean. I had a good swim in the swimming pool and very impressed with its upkeep. Parking is also paid for. We have access to a huge "Celebrity Gym" nearby. I will definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next trip. Absolutely satisfied. 👍😊

Even thought it’s not Even thought it’s not 5star hotel but the staff is professional train. the moment we enter the hotel all the hotel and the staff Give us a very warm welcome . Definitely will come back to stay. Room is spacious, clean . However the lift floor old which has smell bad. And toiletries is not enough.(Toothbrush & towel is only 1 person set) . Clean Comfortable Friendly Stays”
Second stays in Bespoke Hotel, my first choice after discover such valuable and money worth 3starts hotel. The facilities and services such as free parking lots in basement, room service and laundry are superb. The interior and rooms design are great , private toilets also clean and nice. Spacious room and big bed. Highly recommend to try at least once, you will love it.

good locality, fantastic enviroement, very clean hotel with good secure car park, friendly staff,. Its money worth Can gain access to Setia Walk,it is a garden complex with many restaurents, pubs and bistro. Tesco is only a stone throw away. IOI Mall only 7 minutes drive, Definitely will stay in this hotel again.

I like this hotel very much, the room is clean and big, other than that the hotel is near with restaurant,MRT Station, IOI City Mall, giant and a lot others shop. Still feel the goodness staying here. Lots of eateries, Complete Amenities, Staff were friendly & many times I saw them helping Chinese/Taiwanese Tourists to communicate using translator app. Although, they always get scolded by the customers but they still kept calm. Good Job! The twin bed are BIG compared to other hotel beds. Sometimes there were noises but overall I rate full STAR!!

Strategic location. Pleasant stay.”
Due to covid-19, there arent much ppl staying thus the it was quiet and peaceful. Had 2 nights for staycation and I loved it. The aircond wasn't that cold during our first night so we reported it the next morning. Their maintenance team was excellent. Fixed it up quick when we were out. I hope the housekeeping will check the smell of the towel before placing it. When I first arrived, the towel had a little unpleasant smell. Like damped. Overall, it was a great stay, and adventurous.

Pleasantly Surprised”
Although located in a row of shop lots, this place definitely exceeded our expectations. Executive room was spacious, comfortable bed and basic toiletries were provided. Highly recommend getting a room on a higher floor if you're a light sleeper - wasn't affected by any noise from busy roads below. Prepare for a bit of a walk if you opt to use the LRT getting here. Receptionist did mention they'd be able to reimburse if you park downstairs - either way there's tons of restaurants, convenience stores and a pharmacy nearby. Room was not ready when we arrived for check in, but they were very nice to offer luggage storage while we went to grab lunch and were compensated with a later check out time. Breakfast was decent, simple but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay in Puchong. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent stay”
I didn’t know what to expect given the hotel’s rating, but it was better than some of the 4 star places I’ve stayed. The room was clean when I arrived. There was no dust or hair ect (It was actually clean). The room looked as it did in pictures. It was nice and quiet, and the aircon worked well. The staff were all polite and well spoken. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with both western and Asian options. I would stay again if I was in the area. The only downsides (which wouldn’t stop me booking again) were: 1. There is no way to look out the window with privacy as it’s just a single blind. 2. No options for added services- like room service or laundry. (But you can just use Grab app for food).

Clean and nice rooms”
Setia walk is like a mall! It has shops, spread across different blocks, lots of Korean food like Korean buffet for adults at 40RM per pax or Korean fried chicken etc. There are also a lot of beauty salons that are really good at pampering your nails etc. there’s a shopping mall called Setia Walk Mall that has a karaoke called Loudspeaker on the 3rd, 32rm nett for free flow drinks from 9pm - midnight on a weekend per pax!

Carpet room, fridge, hair dryer, water heater, complimentary tea & coffee. Room smells good. Very clean. Iron will be sent to ur room upon request. Has cafe & swimming pool. Very nice hotel.

Their Lobby smells good”
i'm a fragrance person. once i enter their lobby the design looks british library feel and the lobby smell great. try to ask the staff about the fragrance name, but's it seem already build in their centralize air condition. so they do not know the name.. so sad, if u guys from Bespoke saw this message, please pm me the fragrance name if you able to get that in future i hope.
