방은 쫍고 위치는 좋습니다 직원들은 방해금지 푯말 붙혀놓든 말든 자꾸 문 두드리고 맘대로 문열고 pcr 결과서 못받을 줄 알고 하루 더 연장 햇다가 결과 메일 와서 결제하고 5분도 안돼서 취소해달라고 했는데 거절하네요 원래 쓰던방에서 체크아웃 시간도 안지나고 새로운 방을 배정 받은것도 아닌데 원래 쓰던방에서 5분 더있고 21만원 냅니다

워낙 뉴욕 호텔들이 비싸니 감수하고 보면 위치 너무 좋구요. 아침은 아무런 검사없이 편하게. 애들 셋이라 더블베드 2개짜리 방 1개 했는데 조식은 간단하지만 그래도 그냥 다 포함이고 몇명이 자든 전혀 신경 안 쓰네요.

작지만 편하고 편리한 호텔”
10일 동안 이 호텔에 묵었다. w 36st 에 있다보니 위치는 최고였다. 거기에 간단한 아침을 먹을 수 있는 조식 식당이 있어 물가가 비싼 뉴욕에서 한끼를 해결하는데 효과적이었다. 직원들의 친절함은 게스트의 마음을 편하게 하였다. 로비에는 커피와 차, 차가운물, 뜨거운물을 비치하여 게스트들이 가져가서 마실 수 있었다. 체크아웃하고 짐보관서비스도 제공한다. 새벽에 청소차소리가 조금 시끄러운 것은 있지만 맨하탄 중심부는 다 그런거 같다. 다시 뉴욕에 방문하면 뉴욕에 머무는 내내 이 호텔에 묵을 예정이다.

Better service than Westin Times Square”
We stayed 1 night there before checking in to Westin Times Square, though the room and facilities not as good as Westin, it’s customer service level is definitely far better than Westin. The price is pretty reasonable given it’s location and the breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel centrally located for Macy’s, Penn Station, Port Authority bus terminal etc. Cleanliness outstanding & very helpful staff. Great little bar with happy hour 4 to 9 & great free breakfast. Will be returning.

Pro : Location, super strategic! Bed, very comfortable. Universal charger vending machine, helpful for naive traveller. Clean. I love how they fold the towel in the bathroom too! Friendly staff, helpful, we’re coming late from shopping for checkout. They give me extra time we need without extra charge. Con : Dont open the curtain on winter, super cold the heater cant handle the cold from outside window. The room kinda small, but doesnt really matter if you spend most of your time outside. But definitely not comfy for family with children.

Perfect Location for NYC ”
This hotel is walking distance to Times Square and Herald Square. The staff was welcoming and courteous each time I encountered them. The beds were comfy and the hotel is very clean. We also enjoyed the bar on the first floor and the manager Sergio was the best!!

Our party of 4 stayed here for a week in Nov2018. We asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and road noise and the staff were most helpful accommodating us . We also had a great view of Empire State from our window . Breakfast was great and the location was fab . We stayed in a room with 2 double beds . The room was clean and modern however was very small even for New York standards . We had 3 full size cases and there was actually no where to put them other than on top of the tiny wardrobe , set of drawers and at the door. ( The staff were more than helpful and said we could leave our empty cases with them however There wasn't enough drawer space or hanging space to unpack them all ). This was our only disappointment. We had to be super tidy and organised. The room would have been more than adequate for 2 however , 4 adults it was just way too small for a week . This minor disappointment did not spoil our stay at this hotel and we would stay here again . 2 rooms though

Good location, a bit confusing staff”
Overall my stay was satisfactory. The room was very warm and I felt that it was clean as well. However I reserved my room with a large king sized bed but the staff told me that I didn't do so. I had all the confirmation pdf file and everything but just gave up since they also told me that they were out of king sized beds anyways. The day afterwards when I had to check out they kept on asking me if I was checking out of a room at the 7th floor. I was pretty sure that I was checking out of the room on the 3rd floor because uh... I literally spent the night there. After 5 minutes of confusing conversation, they just told me to give the room keys and that I could leave. They weren't mean but the process was a bit confusing since they were at first asking me to check out of a room that I didn't use. Anyways the location's great - close to the Empire state building! Would recommend for solo travelers.
