도착해서 키받는데 30분걸렸고 여러개 방이있는 콘도에서 방하나를 쓰는곳 입니다. 거실,주방은 공동으로 사용하며 방에는 신발신고 들어가면 안됩니다. 룸메이크업이 없으므로 불편할수 있습니다. 위치는 부킷빈탕 핫한 거리근처라 괜찮습니다.

the stay was great. the security guard was friendly and the one accommodating me was very friendly and helpful. the bathroom is a shared space. i accidentally locked them out of the bathroom because i didn't know this 🫣 so sorry! but everything was good. didn't use the kitchen space except the fridge to store some food. water dispenser is also provided so that's great too. overall the apartment unit was clean and neat. the wifi, air-con and heater works well. would definitely stay here again if i ever go KL again. around the area, there's many places to eat as well as convenient stores. all within walking distance.

What you pay is what you get. rundown building. Shower pressure is weak. Musky smell at the doorway. but LOCATION is really awesome.

Good location ”
Good central location in walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. The pictures are accurate of how the our room looked (en-suite room). The. Shared area also looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The place is worn and shows signs of aging but still comfortable and does not impact your stay. We would’ve appreciated a lamp beside the bed (the only thing that’s not accurate in pictures) as the light is not bright in the room... especially for reading. The aircon works well. There is a tv in the shared area and I think DVD player and dvds but we didn’t use the tv. If you like a tv in your room this isn’t the place for you. There is a big kitchen with a fridge and washing machine. There was no bath mat or hand towel provide for our bathroom - we just purchased our own. The shower had no hot water for 2 days. I contacted owner via Agoda but got no reply. The hot water was working again on the 3rd- we wondered if someone had come and fixed it whilst we were out??? All in all it’s a good place to stay with only small things that we found slightly annoying. The pool area was nice and completely undercover which is good for sun protection. The security at the front were friendly and helpful - especially when we checked in. We did not see the host nor have any contact. This suited us other than when hot water wasn’t working... a message reply would’ve been nice

Its near from downtown of kualalumpor, about 10 min walking to arab street, but it expensive regarding to services. The security guy wasn't good in treatment.

It is just our getaway from the hustle and bustle of K.L. life, on weekends, now and then. ”
It is kind of a aging kind of a building, compared to the surrounding condos. Facilities, like the pool was small, from a short flat 3 feet dept to a steep and short flat 7 feet dept. The guest toilets for male and female, especially the male, am allowed, are used generally by the working staffs there, having placed their toiletries within, here and there. And the equipments in the fitness room were rather to basic and aged as well, as it was locked, and was able to see from the window on the door, sort of evaluation. Other than that, not known about any other facilities within the condo, nor inquired. The surroundings are filled with office and condo kind of buildings, apart from shop houses. And especially during the night, we experience a reasonably busy and lit up, clubbing, fooding and shopping kind of activities and atmosphere, on some part of the famous street stretch. On the other hand, it all depends on individual opinion, perception and purpose, about the place. Tq

Really enjoyed my stay here in the king room Spacious, awesome location with everything at your doorstep, huge living area and kitchen. A couple of negatives that could be fixed, the toilet was broken and no toilet paper supplies and your room is not cleaned only the common areas

Basic at best”
Absolutely great location. If your looking to save money then this might just be the place for you. However, I believe if you willing to spend a little more, you will get the luxury afforded by any hotel such as room service, change of towels ect. The lift was under maintenance for 3 days and seeing I chose to walk everywhere, to have to then climb 5 flights of stairs was annoying. The gym was grim but I made it work. I would rate this place average at best. I could do it again but I would definitely choose to look around a bit more next time.

Mold Issues”
Great location, but the smell in the common area, bedroom and bathroom were horrible due to water damage and mold. The ceiling in the bathroom was dripping the whole time (and appears to have been for a very long time). The smell hits you as soon as you enter the unit. Otherwise, owner was responsive to questions (was aware of the issue but could not remedy it).
