Great for short staycation on KL~”
The Pro's : 1) Location - Few min walk to KLCC , Avenue K. 2) Apartment - Clean apartment, nice looking deco. Kitchen got fridge, microwave, washer & dryer machine. Bath amenities like towels, shampoo & toothbrush ready. Has (partial) KLCC room view. 3) Free fast in-house Wifi! 4) Infinity pool! 5) Value for money - For just under RM 200 can get 2 bedrooms apartment for night. 6) Lobby has 24-Convenience shop 7) Big Clap for very helpful and humble Host! The Con's : 1) Got TV but no reception, i wont blame the owner as the TV box got stolen by previous tenant. $^%#&*@^ for the thief! Hope the owner can do something about this. Lucky got fast wifi connectivity. lol. 2) You need to add-on RM15 for parking. Hope owner can absorb this cost. Just my 2 cents. =P

A Surprise”
Checking in was smooth, even got MyNews at lobby area. The price? is what makes the whole thing worth it. Few hiccups here and there including lampu toilet not working and washing machine not usable. But for the price, the size of the room, and the facilities? I'd take it anytime. As for TV not working, I have to agree, you can't watch any channel there, but do bring movies on thumbdrive or harddisk! you can play it on the TV! My experience staying here was great and I'd be coming back next year!

Location & Public Transport Are Fantastic”
I love this accommodation, because the plus points are location (e.g. so close to KLCC) and public transport (LRT Ampang Park) less than 5-minute walk away. The apartment is decent; I love that it has washing machine/dryer. Now the cons -- at least, it was for my first time. Be patient & always be in touch with the contact-person, whose phone number is stated on the booking sheet. He/she would be the one handing you the key to the apartment, not the security guards stationed at what you may assume as the reception counter - it is not. U can ask the guards till the cows come home, but they can't help you as they know nothing about your bookings. For those with confirmed bookings, don't expect it to be the usual hotel check-in. Call/text the contact-person before your arrival, stating your date and expected time of arrival. This is most important for those from outside Malaysia. Get a local number, if you could, to maintain communications with the contact-person.

The place is comfortable and clean. Everything works fine. But it was a bit frustrating when the owner told me that there will be no parking available to park my car. Since this is a premium SOHO, it should be at least 1 car park provided for each unit. As a result, I have to park my car at the roadside.

Bed is too soft, sleep until back pain. But overall is good, owner is very nice and fast respond, room air-cond very cold.

Booked the apartment during the extended CNY weekends as the family gathering - dinner & brunch - happened around KL. Checked-in was easy. Just need to register at the security before off to the mail room to pick up the key. Apartment comes with 2 bedroom with queen size bed in each room. Our explorative nature led us to discover a queen size sofa bed in the living room 😍 Kitchen equipped with sufficient utensils, bowls, cups & plates for light cooking or home dining for 4 to 6 pax. Kettle, microwave oven, electric stove all work fine! 2 door fridge to keep your perishable food/drinks. Dry iron & small table top iron board is available. Washing machine if you need to wash your cloth. A covenience store is at the ground floor & there is also one coffee corner Zus Coffee there and a non-halal Italian base coffee house RafT open for breakfast. What can be improved: Regular pest control to chase away the small flying roaches. There were way TOOOOO MANY.

The location was great. However the toilet has a sewage smell when I first arrive. I was told that the TV box was stolen a few days when I check in so NO TV all all for the 3 night stay. The staff should have solve this problem before the customer check in or tell the customer before they check in since I'm in contact with the staff 3 days before I arrived.

View excellent, apartment needs refurbishment”
Splendid view from 29th floor. Check in not so smooth if you do not have local 4G access - which is quitte common when you are tourists that are visiting KL for some days. Apartment needs to be refurbished. Double bed - you sleep between the springs from the matrass. Cupboard doors are broken. I would say that a toaster would be the least you woukd expect in a pretty upmarket condo.

1) Leaking at the living room. We called owner around 11pm+ and owner send someone to fix it at 3.30am. It is ridiculous. 2) They asked for a deposit for MYR200 and according to the owner before we check out just put in the access card and key in the letterbox and take out the deposit from the letterbox. In order to unlock the letterbox, owner provided the pin number. At the time we want to put in the access card and key, they is no cash in the letterbox. We decided not to put in the access card and we informed the owner, we will only return the access card, once we receive the deposit. She said she needs to check the CCTV first and make a police report if necessary. It takes 2 days for them to return the deposit to us.

There are 1 television is useless at all. No even 1 channel to watch. Verry boring. Not suitable for active young children feel dangerous if they close to glass window. Queen bed mattress is too soft. Not comfortable, should use pocket spring mattress standard for hotel. MY SERIOUS CONCERN IS TV. THIS IS BASIC APPLIANCE NEED TO WORK.
