깐짜나부리 버스 터미널에서 도보로 3분 거리에 있어 방콕에서 깐짜나부리로 오고 난 뒤에 에라완 폭포 가는 버스, 쾌강(콰이강)의 다리로 가는 썽태우(셔틀 트럭)로 갈아타기에 아주 적합한 숙소입니다. 개인실은 크기는 작지만 비누나 양치컵 같은 기본적으로 있어야 할 것들 잘 구비되어 있으며 에어컨 작동 잘 되고, 와이파이도 잘 연결됩니다. 그리고 관리하는 아주머니가 아주 친절하시고 뭐 물어보면 바로 알려주십니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 주인 아저씨가 카운터에 계속 있는 게 아니라서 아저씨가 외출하셨을 때는 돌아오실 때까지 하염없이 기다려야 합니다.(저 같은 경우 15분 정도 기다렸습니다.)

직원 아주머니께서 너무 친절하셔서 내가 다 기분이 좋아지는 그런 분이셨어요 위치도 버스터미널 옆이라서 야시장에서 맨날 맛난거 사먹고, 에라완버스도 바로 타고,, 휴게공간도 넓어서 좋고 옆방이랑 방음이 제대로 안돼 있어서 그게 좀 걸렸지만 상관없음 다좋아요 완전 짱!!

터미널에서 가까워서 좋았고, 지도로 몇번버스타고 어디가고 잘 설명해주셔서 편히 잘 다녔어요. 모기장도 있고 온수도 잘 나오고 에어컨도 빵빵해서 나쁠 것이 1도 없었음. 매일 빨래해서 마당 건조대에 널었는데 별 말 안하시더라고요. 굿

Very enjoyable time”
The owners are very accommodating and friendly. My room was clean, the AC worked great and even had an ion-filter. You can ask the owner everything and even ask them to do your laundry for cheap 30b/kg. You can rent a scooter there, too. The location is perfect to explore Kanchanaburi. It is literally a stone throw away from the bus station, where you can catch the bus to Erawan national park. (Which is definitely worth a visit). There is a little night market close to the bus station as well, with excellent ducknoodlesoup. So I would recommend the Canaan Guesthouse!

Nice place to stay on a budget”
Not too much expensive, very clean, next to bus station so it’s very practical. Room is not too small. Bed is somewhat hard but better than in other place where I could have slept. Good communication with the staff. Disappointed by the missing soap and shower products that are mentionned in the room description. No sitting area. Corridors are opened on the outside so skip it if you are afraid of little insects on the corridor floor. I thought that it was ok though, never seen any insect in the bedroom.

the only good thing, it was close to the bus station. no service whatsoever. room was only 10m2, not as mentioned on Agoda 20m2. better places with cheaper price around.

The price is the best ive seen in kachanburi, near the bus station, giant rooms and very clean, the owner is amazing. Just stop looking and book this place now

Definitely good location, next to the bus station, very nice personnel and adequate price to quality! If you are not looking for something fancy this is the hotel for you. With ac, private bathroom and big bed:)

Location priority”
If your priority is to get moving around easily, to and from Kanchanaburi, then all arrivals and departures by bus are from the bus station, and Canaan is about a 2 minute walk there. On the other hand, if you would rather stay closer to the bars, restaurants and lively location, then Canaan is not the best option because you will need a TukTuk or Mototaxi to go there and get something nice to eat. The lady who owns Canaan Guesthouse is wonderful and speaks a little english and that helps a lot!!!

Booked 1 night for a short night stay in Standard Double Room w A/C before heading to Chiang Rai. Pros: - Super strong wifi - 1 min walk to bus terminal where you can catch buses to the various attractions / or to somewhere further - Clean Room and basic toiletries - 3 mins walk to Night Market bear clock tower (a lot of food!) - Very friendly and nice owners! Would totally stay here again
