Exactly what I wanted and a great price for it. Few minutes from downtown. Couple minutes from a franchise of my gym. Just wanted a place to sleep and jet off again. Clean, nothing fancy, and wonderful staff

They try to take your money - Read their reviews anywhere”
The could not accept my Credit Card though it had the cash, because the machine would not ask me for a PIN code, they would not do it manually or use my other credit card, They used my debit card & held $300 instead of the of $100 for Security Deposit, they then charged me $100 which is $20 extra per night of my booking of 5 nights because the machine would not accept my Credit Card, though other Motels would do a Sale for the Security Deposit which I explained, they would not do so because she wanted the extra $100 for my booking which I was not able to be refunded for because of deal I got on Agoda.com & she also charged me an extra $108.44 for an ATI Membership card that I've never heard of & did not have & have never used. while I was there the first night, 2 people complained of charges they didn't understand. When I was checking out a Lady was complaining about extra charges too. I asked several times for an email / screenshot/ printed copy of the ATI Membership to no avail.

The reservation asked about time of arrival. Was made to wait until 3 pm unless I paid an additional fee. This seemed illogical as there were 2 cars in the parking lot.

If living for 1 or 2 nights, its fine. The staff is non-helping and uncooperative. Rooms are fine, quality of wifi is poor.

Really expensive. It says breakfast included and there was no breakfast . They said because of covid when in other hotels they give the breakfast with no problem. Rooms are horrible, pictures on the website show completely different rooms than they are. Hotel really dirty everywhere. Plus a lot of homeless walking around and asking for money . They told me and gave me one receipt and they charge completely different rate. I absolutely will never go back plus I don’t recommend to people to be honest.

Very very tiny rooms, TV is actually 19 inch, halls and hotel feels like a dungeon, very dated cold feeling. 400 damage deposit was a bit extreme as well.

Fraud, unethical and worst hotel”
Spam spam spam!! Unless you want to get ripped go to this hotel, don't go here because it is cheap, they will rip you later with unauthorized credit card charges without intimation customer. We stayed her for less than 2 days last week, the hotel room were dirty, dusty, smelly, while we checked in few guests reported bed bugs to the receptionist and she said we can't do anything and we don't have any bed bugs. Further this hotel is known for frauding customers post their checkout by coming up with strange allegations on customers. We read the reviews beforehand and we carried our own towels and blankets. Once we checked out after few days we found a strange transaction on our credit card for 23 dollars. We called the hotel to confirm we were told they found a mark on hand towel and we asked why we were not intimated before making such charge on credit card and asked for photos for the same. We were told they don't have any photos and they won't be able to share and asked to further follow up with their manager. Who was another rudest person, illogical, disrespectful lady who already got into argument with us when we were in the hotel itself. We got curious and looked more reviews just like us many customers got charged for 300 dollars for towels, 100 dollars for pillow covers in this weird hotel. This hotel found a loop hole to loot people by putting some strange allegations on customers and charge them without their consent or proof. This kind of hotels should be banned by Alberta government and action should be taken. They are looting and frauding in broadlight.

Terrible place to stay, much better alternatives elsewhere!”
My wife and I stayed here for one night during our 2-day vacation in Calgary. From our experience with this place, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone to stay at. The service was absurdly unprofessional as the staff and front desk were incredibly unhelpful. The room had a damp, suffocating atmosphere and a horrid scent that made it incredibly uncomfortable to stay in, let alone sleep in. It was even soaked into other objects in the room like the tissue or toilet paper, which is incredibly unclean and unhygienic. The furnishing is incredibly old as the bed has no support and is difficult to sleep on, and the upkeep of the rooms are minimal at best from . Our stay was very unpleasant and left more frustrated than well-rested. We will not be staying at this place for the forseeable future.

DO NOT choose this hotel. I know it's cheap, but that is because it's the hotel has cheaper out on almost everything. Definitely NOT recommend if with family
