영어가 부족하다고 미리 얘기를 했는데도 불구하고 알아듣기 어려울만큼의 빠른 속도의 말과 무시하는 표정과 태도로 기분이 많이 상했다. 말레이시아에 살고계시는 지인분을 통해서 들은 얘기지만 이 호텔에 직원들이 태도가 좋지 않다는 평이 있다고 한다

부킷빈탕 거리와 좀 떨어져 있다. 걸어 가기에 조금 먼 감이 있지만 다닐만 하다. 룸도 크고 청소 상태도 좋고 ~편하게 2박 하고 왔다. 조식은 안 먹어봐서 모르겠다. 인포메이션은 40층~ 특이하다.

파빌리온이 핫한 곳인지 몰랐는데… 숙소근처에 있어 알았어요. 물론 근처에 리츠칼튼이 있더라고요. 더 가깝기도 하고요. 하지만 바로 옆에 카프리 나쁘지 않은 위치에… 그리고 진짜 친절한 직원들이 있어요. 그랩이 호텔 앞까지 안오고 건너편에 있었는데 직원분이 차량 통제를 하며 직접 그곳까지 안내를 해주셨어요. 또한 조식당 직원들도 완전 해피바이러스들이었어요. 어찌나 그렇게 인사도 잘하고 잘 웃는지 제가 더 기분이 좋아졌어요. 다만 스튜디오에 있었는데 욕조가 없었던 점. 그리고 어디선가 두리안 냄새가 계속 나서 ㅠㅠ 좀 힘들었네요. 그리고 수영장옆이 사우나가 있다고 했는데 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 아쉬워요.

3011 코너룸에 묵었는데 바닥에 개미가 계속 기어다녔다. 방을 바꾸고 싶었으나 이 문제 해결을 부탁드리고 이어 메이드가 살충제를 뿌렸다. 이후 개미는 나오지 않았다. 그 외엔 시설도 깔끔하고 방 상태도 좋고 매일 룸 청소도 해줬다. 6일동안 있었는데 매우 쾌적했다. feat. 개미만 빼고.....

주차장 리프트.1일 12링깃 비추천 . 부킷빈땅에서 걸어갈만 한 위치.신축호텔이여서 시설 깨끗 . 조식 저냥저냥..3시 체크인인데 7시에 방배정. 사과도 없고 불쾌함.식당 직원들 불친절.카운터 불친절. 레스토랑 커피가 자판기인데 18링깃.풀장 음식 주문안됨. 재방문 절대 없음.

Best hotel in KL. I've stayed 3 starand 5 star hotel, but Capri was the best exprience. rooms are clean and quiet, staff are nice, has everything I need. good security: the lobby door is closed after midnight facility: has coin laundry, gym, nice view of swimming pool location: can walk to pavilion. has convinient store and pharmacy nearby. overall the service was close to 5 star hotel, except one little thing, sometimes the shower booth door was very difficult to open(not sure if it was my room's problem, on first night I almost thought I was locked myself... ) I definitely would like to stay again if I visit KL again. KL에서 한국3-4성 호텔 생각하고 아무데나 갈 바에는 조금 더 주시고 카프리 가는게 낫습니다. 3성급 서비스는 최악이었고 5성급 호텔에서도 묵었으나 서비스는 비슷합니다. 상대적으로 최신 호텔이라 아주 깔끔하고 냄새도 전혀안나고, 헬스장, 수영장 다 잘되어 있습니다. 안에서 음식 먹기도 편하게 싱크대도 잘 되어있었습니다. 부킷빈탕도 가깝고 파빌리온도 도보로 갈 수 있어서 좋습니다. 물도 계속 리필되고 방음도 잘됩니다. 청결도나 숙소에 예민한 편이어도 만족하실 것 같습니다!

I chose this hotel for a short staycation as it is brand new and currently less crowded. It definitely deserves our second visit! I would like to highlight that they have an excellent team! Good service, very patient and well prepared and informed despite being new. They have a elevated car park. Being a first timer, it was really an awesome way. The staff guided us on how to work with the process and explained in detail how the whole concept works. Rm12 for a full day in KL city centre is quite reasonable. Do check out the Den where you can chill and play with some music instruments or have a live music concert if you want. Not to mention a ‘Juke Box’ how cool is that?! The view from the gym and infinity pool at 42th floor is another highlight for my kids. Room is very comfortable, including the sofa! No body aches after a night sleep! Good water pressure. Breakfast is free and come with reasonable price if you want extra when you confirm during check in. Not many variety yet, but they are improving. Love their selection of cheese platter. Well done Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang 👍🏻

My trip to Kuala Lumpur was for a rather pressing personal family issue. Hence, it was a rather stressful, emotional and physically draining few trips for me. Just some context to better understand the quality of my stay with them to show that it was a consistent rather than a one-off experience, I had patronized Capri Bukit Bintang on 4 separate occasions in a span of 3 weeks totaling approximately 10 nights or more. I had stayed in numerous room types during my time there and it’s a standard for all rooms to come equipped with a SMART TV with the latest movies on-demand, a well-sized fridge, an LG soundbar which connects to our personal devices, floor to ceiling windows, in-built bidets and even a microwave for good measure. The excellently thought-out design of the rooms, quality appliances, well balanced and pleasant scent used in the property gave me an experience that I truly needed during my most distressing time, it gave me a sense of being in a ‘home away from home’. For everything else outside the room, there’s only one word to describe it, CHIC! From the scenic check-in on the 40th floor to the elegantly designed bar and dining area and what gave me the biggest sense of serenity and tranquillity, the infinity pool. And for those that hate driving up or down carparks then needing to find a suitable car lot, you’ll be delighted to know they have a mechanical carpark that takes out the leg work for you. But I think for most, the star of the show would be the inifinity pool, they certainly got the view right with how they placed the pool, which boasts an amazing view that is unblocked for most part. For the days I spent in the gym, it came as surprise that they were adequately equipped even for the serious weightlifter in mind and not to forget, the cardio aficionados too. Also, if shopping and food is something that is important for you, there was no shortage of mid to high end brands and local to restaurant foods all within a 5 minute walk. With all th

Comfortable stay & awesome staff”
I felt so welcomed by Joyce upon check-in. A well-designed and comfortable room with full amenities (iron and even a microwave oven!). They even have a laundry room on one of the floors. The staff, from the front counter to concierge, are helpful and always cheerful. Take note that check-in/out counters are on level 40. Breakfast is simple and not a massive spread unlike some other hotels but definitely enough for your morning fuel. The hotel is conveniently located in Bukit Bintang area, less than 10 minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of the road in front of Pavilion. You can easily cut through the back entrance of Fahrenheit or walk along Starhill Gallery. An affordable stay compared to the hotels around it. I would return here definitely!
