we booked the 3bedroom villa. very clean..each room had a private bathroom with own set of keys..location excellent. just at the stretch of Pantai Cenang. walking distance to.Duty Free shop/restaurants/beach. would definately come back again. only setback. No 24Hour Reception/Security. the place is unsecured. anyone can walk in.

We stay 2night. Super super friendly staff. opposite underwater world,the zon and duty free. Near pantai cenang. Villa have 3 bedroom each room have toilet. But toilet cleaning need improve.

Good location but superb bad management ”
Pros: Location Cons: We are a group of girls who are renting the entire house to celebrate bachelorette's night (3 Bedroom + 3 bathroom). In the beginning, it seem convenient to us and considered a great deal with a huge living room. And then the *nightmare* comes.... We found out, the air-con in one of the bedroom is not working that well. The air is considered cold only when our face is around 30cm from the air-con blowing area. Which mean, it unable to provide cold air to the whole room. At first we contacted the receptionist and inform them about the problem that we are facing. Then a lady came over to checked it out, and she advise to replace the room card. She ask us to be patience and wait for the room to be chill, as the weather is hot and it will take some times... We took her advise and kept the room closed up until night. (which we actually went out to shop in Kuah area and came home)

Booked Villa but very disappointed ”
Location = Okay, very near to Underwater world but i prefer malibest as the room is just in front of the beach Staff = very bad especially front desk person (not all, only 1). She was rude, not ready to accept our recommendation and feedback/complaints. me = "i paid more than RM1000 for the room but I'm not happy with the facilities" front desk agent = " You paid RM1000 and above because you booked 3 days" this is how a front desk agent will reply?? haha hmmm Facilities = Poor. -No Wifi in villa (they have public Wifi only. You will accept more when you book a villa) -Remote must be shared for Aircond Main TV in hall doesn't have Remote (need to change channel manually) -Plaster Ceiling was in bad condition, holes and crack / Certain places were leaking when raining -One of the ceiling broke and fell after heavy downpour -Aircond was not checked properly prior to our check in. I had to waste my time waiting for the technician to service it (he removed the entire AC unit to service)

Worst place, very dirty and extremely unfriendly manager”
Casa Fina Villa did not keep the promises, a lack of cleaniness is one thing, but several damages (water on the ceiling) and mold in every single bathroom are not acceptable, in addition one of the windows couldn’t be closed properly, it felt insecure at night. We asked for a different room, the receptionists were very friendly and tried their best, but when we wanted to discuss the financial situation with the manager, since there was no other Villa available and to pay the same price for a much smaller room is not justified, he didn’t take our demands and problems as his guests serious. He reacted extremly rude and blocked us for any other room. Though the location is quite good, after all a very disappointing experience and definitely overpriced.

QUITE HOTEL & GOOD LOCATION”
THE HOTEL IS WALKING DISTANCE TO UNDERWATER WORLD, FREE DUTY, COCO VALLEY & RESTAURANT. WE'VE STAYED AT VILLA WITH 3 BEDROOM & WE CAN PARK IN FRONT OF OUR VILLA. ITS VERY CONVENIENT (SINCE PANTAI CENANG IS SERIOUSLY CROWDED)

Nice Place with Family Trip”
Overall is good, near to the underwater and beach, easily to get food/restaurant and mini market. This place is very clean , 3 bedroom attached with 3 Bathroom and bathtub, recommended to Family Group. Suggestion to the Casa Fina If there have a pool facility is more good.

Great location”
A good resort-like hotel with an excellent location along Pantai Cenang. Foods, shops and underwater world etc are all within the vicinity.We enjoyed an evening walk along the beach which is just a few minutes walk away.Staff are very friendly and always willng to help. The 3 bedroom villa that we stayed is big and clean.Will definitely stay here again if we are back to Langkawi.

Not a happy stay”
The staff of Casa Fina blames us losing 3 towels, I opened my package to let them check . It must be their fault, the house keeping forgot replace new ones ,they just took away the old ones. And I asked them to check the total number of towels they have. But they refused my suggestion.

Great for group holiday”
Its a great vila with basic facilities. Private location. Walking distance to places at cenang. However, please note that u should standby a mosquito repellent as there a lot mosquitos in the house. Other than that, is a good place for group leisure.

GOOD STAY BUT MOSQUITOES!!”
Quite happy with the villa but was annoyed with the MOSQUITOES! There are around 10 mosquitoes in each room and a lot more than 10 in the living area. Yes. I counted because I have young children and I spent an hour catching these mosquitoes to prevent my children from getting bitten. We asked for mosquitoes repellent but housekeeping only has 1. Not enough as we have 3 rooms. The next day we spray the whole villa with SHIELDTOX or mosquito spray insect killer before we left in the morning. Came back in the evening and the mosquitoes were less although still a few can be seen buzzing around. 1 of the room has a faulty drainage in the bathtub shower area. Cobwebs and lizards “poo” are spotted around some corners although not a big issue. Cleanliness can be improved. The kitchen is adequately equipped with basic utensils, a clean stainless steel hotpot and a portable induction cooker. WIFI is weak in the villa. Has to sit out at the car porch for WIFI. Location wise is ok. Not beachfront. About 10 mins walk to the beach. MCD is just opposite this property. All in all, I would not go back just because of the mosquitoes.

The staff was not friendly during check in. Especially the tone and manner of the staff when talking. Please improve the wifi! Totally not function even though we had complaint about it. Otherwise dont mention that wifi is provided. And please stop using the yellowish pillow cover! Very uncomfortable.

Cleaniness”
it is time to change to new bedsheet as it is yellowish.. and pillow also need to be replace as its ord too thin... afterall its still a good stay and good location..
