Should repair the hot shower system because it's not functioning well. ”
Air conditioner should be cold ❄ enough. TV shows can be varified. WiFi and water refill facilities quite good.

Tried to Cheat Me”
The hotel tried to cheat me. I hv booked a family room with the family room setup. They hv instead provided me with a standard room with additional bed and an aircond that wasnt working. Only upon complaining after checked into the room they moved us to the booked room. Very dishonest operator!

Good value for money. Difficult to get Grab car from Casa Hotel as no Grab car driver in the area. Reasonably clean, but few cockroaches in the bathroom. One staff was very unhelpful. Had to ask him 3 times for towels. Another staff was helpful in helping us call a taxi, but expensive charges.
