Stinky and runner down”
Not sure what are the pros. The apartment stinks of moisture (Old dog smell) and very old and run down furniture. We didn’t use the kitchen, luckily, as not much to offer. Difficult to understand why this place has a good review.

Not comfortable at all! You will have a backache because of the mattress!! I don't know why the staff is too eager asking you, when you're going to check in!!? When you're going to check out!!?? It's really annoying!!

Found lots of coacroaches. Our booking was until Monday. But the staff keep asking us to vacate on sunday. But we paid for 4 nites. She refuse to listen and ask us to pay additional. Very annoying.

Hopeless and I would never recommend anyone to opt for this property”
Hopeless and totally disappointing. I request to agoda to please do not simply advertise this property for the sake of business. At least check for the details what they show on the website, whether actually they are same or in working condition. Like you have shown four point stove. Hell... its useless and fully rusted as well as infected totally by insects such that one will ever try to touch it as it may cause some infection for sure. No soap no drinking water nothing is provided. One more thing please don show TV simply as their are no English channels, its mere empty box. and the worst part is that .....they show there is a swimming pool. I am sorry...it opens only between 8.00 am to 6.30 pm... at least display this information as usually guests they stay out during 8.00 am to 6.30 pm usually while their trip to Langkawi. I would never recommend anyone to opt for this property. I have visited Langkavi so many times but I have never seen such badly managed home stay....

Worth price with great location”
Comfortable for a short stay. Easy parking and near to one of the main shopping cent re. Just a walking distance there. Also nearby to local food stall which is an added advantage. However cleanliness overall needs improvement.

Agoda need to review the property to make sure all the promised services are in place. Really disappointed. NO iINTERNET, NO WATER HEATER. DUSTY & SMELLS. Overall NOT CLEAN. Not value for money at all

The homestay is not so clean, the aircond in master room is not working. there are bird flocking and nesting in the verandah and the a/c outside master room, fulll of birds droppings, so the air coming inside is not clean at all, especially the master room. There is washing machine but there is no place to hang the clothes to dry, because the one provided is rusty and full of birds droppings too. The pool need servicing, as there are moss and chlorine is not present in the water.

Bad, both water heater were not working. They will also charge you if you would like to check out late. Very bad experience since I had never encounter such accommodation before

The swimming pool is close for 2 day. but on the 3rd and 4th days of our visit it is still close. Our bath tub was removed so it is difficult for our children to take bath. Kitchen sink water tab water have dripping water only. Air conditioner is dirty and not maintained, water dripping when you turn the AC. Room is dusty and not very clean.

Owner was very friendly. Upon arrival, we found that floor was dusty. fridge got ants inside because they just turn it on when we arrived. called the owner, she came to clean the fridge, as i wanted to store my ebm. facilities quite good, got washing machine, flask, iron, tv, bathtub. Just we cannot use apartment's the swimming pool as we need to wear swimming suit. even boys with sleeveless shirt and short pants also cannot use the pool. we bring our 6m baby to the pool, we as the parents cannot go inside the pool because not wearing swimming suit. its just the children pool bytheway *duhh* location quite near with the town centre, but the apartment cannot be seen from the road. overall, just ok.
