the hotel is located just in the center of the city,surrounded by a lot of restaurant, which satisfied us much. even though the ac was so loud that we have to turn it off when sleep, we had a great time.

Simple Room, Centrally Located”
Simple little aparthotel. It is reasonably clean and provides you with towels and all toiletries. It is centrally located and can be a bit difficult to find for those not familiar with the area. Go through the SML mall to the fourth floor then go through the karaoke exit, it should be in front of you. it is in the same building as a hotel, just take the side entrance and the elevator up.

The place is a real deal!”
I love this place so much that I extend my stay to be 10 days instead of 5. This place is basically an apartment, not a hotel. It's equipped with washing machine and they give you enough cloth hanger that you can hang it above the bench near the big window. There's wifi in the room and TV and air-con works so well. I was traveling in China for a month and this place really made me feel like home. The only down side is it's a bit hard to find at first. It's the same building as the hotel behind SML mall, but you have to walk to the side for its entrance. It looks a bit scary, but it's really fine. There's no smoke smell in the room. They give a new towel everyday, but will change the bed sheet every week. There's a lot of food near by, my favourite is the champion pizza down the street.

The hotel provided enough facilities for long stay tourists with good price. It would be better to improve the cleanliness in some area such as to clean the bathroom and wc everyday and to maintenant some equipment and some furniture in proper condition. My bathroom door is not in good condition and some furniture was broken in some area.

Great place to stay”
This is an apartment, each room comes with a washing machine which is a huge plus - including a rack and coat hangers to dry it on. It isn't the cleanest place but the linens are fine and the towels get changed everyday. Centrally located you can easily access most of the city or JiaFengBei. I will be staying here again

I went to check-in in the afternoon when I got to #1309. I found no-one in the room and had to wait for hours as same as in the day i left luggage s at the reception.

Centrally Located and Easy to Access”
This hotel is very easy to get to. If you are going by metro, Jiaochangkou, take exit 2 to the mall. Head up to the third floor and find the KTV. Exit at the KTV by going left up a "ramp" or incline. It is the building straight ahead of the KTV exit (to the right of the ramp). You will see a hotel, it is at the side entrance of the hotel and head up to the 13th floor.

The room is quite big but we found a small cockroaches everyday when we stayed there, anyways we're not cockroaches phobia, so no problem with us.

Comfortable Stay”
The apartment is well located next to CRT. You alight at Jiaochangkou, then exit 2, enter to SML center and go up to L3. After that, go straight and the building is on your right hand side. It is very easy to access transportation and located in CBD area where you can find local food and shopping both local brand and high brandname. Room size is quite big. Maid will change your towel everyday but not for bed sheet. In room, there are cookers, kitchenwares and utensils provided, as well as, washing machine in bathroom.

it suitable for family tour and discovery package, it close to sub way station and walking street and not far for travel to another interest place.but room is look older and not cleaness.

It was just ok. The room was very very dusty. The heater hadn't been cleaned, so when I used it, it just released a lot of dusty into the air. I got really sick.
