You get what you pay for”
This hotel was cheap, so I can't really complain. The cleanliness was an issue, our room sofa had dog hairs all over and an empty bottle below the AC. Also, the curtains were dirty and had stains all over. Also, the elevator was out of order the day we checked in.

Breakfast is not offered here”
Although the booking website showed breakfast will be served here - on arriving at the hotel this option was not available. Need to ask Agoda to update this on their hotel amenities offered for free list.

Cleanliness was at an all time low ”
Management need to make sure this place is better kept. I couldn’t use the thermostat because I had to press a button on the opposite side of the room to get it to work. Had to change rooms like 3 times

This hotel need to be renovated, and have more cable channels. Wasn’t the best in cleanliness but don’t think I will book again.

Rough place to stay. Not dangerous or "dirty" but definitely not something I would say is "Wyndham" quality

Old property needs renovation. Cleanliness level poor. TV not working. I have booked hotel with breakfast but at morning when we went for breakfast the reception told us that they are not serving breakfast. Overall disappointment

Nothing worked... safety ”
Our hot water is out, so I chose this hotel because it is nearby and had great amenities listed. The elevator and gym were out of service. The keycard lock on the outside was broken causing guests to prop the door open. The "hot" water was lukewarm on full, and my child spotted a roach in our room on the last night. The hotel was also robbed on our last night; and from what I overheard, it wasn't the first time.

Room was pretty nice but it was VERY NOISY. Lots of traffic noise and a lot of noise coming through the ceiling late into the night made it very hard to sleep.

It was a rough start but great stay”
So loke lani was amazing, after 4 hours sitting in lobby, after shift change. She was able to finally get agoda on the phone and confirm my reservation. I blame it on the owners or managers of the hotel. They need to get access to their third-party email or change their contact information. Loke Lani needs an advancement. I'm 6 months pregnant and after having a very long bad day she got me in a room and now I have decided to stay for a week or so

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staffs”
We stayed at this hotel for one week and the staffs working there especially those at the front desk had made us felt at home. They were courteous, friendly and genuinely caring! The hotel room was spacious with a living area and come fully equipped with microwave oven! Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good as well! The hotel located right on Highway 6, the main artery for the "Energy Corridor" so it's conveniently closed to Exxon-Mobil and other major corporations. The hotel also was right next to a shopping center and supermarket so it's convenient for shopping.
