모자람이 하나도 없는 호텔이었습니다. 우리의 뉴욕 일정 중 콩코드외 다른 호텔에서 묶는동안 콩코트가 얼마나 괜찮은 곳인지 다시 한 번 알게 되었습니다. 방의 넓이, 화장실, 서비스, 헬스장 등 모자람이 하나도 없습니다. 저는 다음 뉴욕 여정 역시 콩코드 호텔에 갈 것입니다.

비록 좋은 층이 아니라, view는 좋지 않았지만 그래도 Lobby의 staff들의 친절함이 너무 좋아서 괜찮았습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗했고, 화장실의 상태가 좋아서 매우 만족합니다. 조식도 매우 만족했습니다! 가격은 조금 비쌋지만 좋은 여행이라 만족합니다!

가격대비 매우 훌륭한 위치와 사이즈 및 시설을 갖추고 있어 매우 만족스럽다. 로비는 작지만 방은 넉넉한 서이즈이며 amenity도 맘에든다. 다음에도 맨하탄에 온다면 다시 이용할 의향이 있다.

주변에 편의시설 마트 다 있고 숙소 너무 청결히 해주셔서 진짜 잘 지냈어요 다만 엘레베이터가 너무 느린데, 고장나서 운행 안하는 경우도 종종 있어서 매우 불편합니다 .. ㅠ

Will stay here again.”
Just finished the first day of a three day stay and am delighted with everything. Super clean, spacious room, excellent service, facilities are great. Wanted a small hotel that was quiet and well situated. Will return to this hotel now that I will be coming regularly to NYC.

Only 4 per floor so you will hear noise if you are a light sleeper! As soon as others wake up and slam their doors I was woken. Staff is super polite rooms super clean.

Great facility for working in the hotel”
This hotel has very nice facility of independent working computer and meeting room, accompanied by great coffee and tea up to 10 pm. Highly recommended for business traveler. The room has nice layout with big window for street view. One complaint is that the coffee machine and refrigerator were not working when I checked in. The hotel has sent staff to fix upon request.

Nice hotel but no smile on the front desk”
The hotel is nice, their shower is so good. There is no housekeeping service n I love this idea. I prefer putting the trash outside my door everyday instead of letting someone come in within my stay. Their bellboy always has a lovely smile n was helpful. It’s rainy in my stay n the bellboy helped many guests to put the luggage in the car or use the umbrella to help guests. However, their front desk staffs do not smile n not being helpful in out stay. They pretend not seeing u when u hv an eye contact with them.

The rooms were a decent size. However, the mattress was less than desired. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Pillows were very lumpy.

Great stay! ”
We had a great stay at the Concorde Hotel. Only a. couple of blocks from the subway, and the E train takes you direct to the Airport Air train connection. Very clean, and quiet stay. Teenager enjoyed using the gym. The location is very convenient, we walked to Central Park in one direction, and Times Square/Rockefeller centre in the other. There is a bistro on the ground floor, although we didn’t use it. Free tea/coffee machine on 3rd floor, also a coffee machine and kettle in room. The room was great - our room had a good view, the children’s room not such a great view, but a nice room.
