Was quiet, close to the airport and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room fan/heater was noisy. Breakfast was on par with similar hotels. Had cool water one morning to shower.

Hello Edmund, Thank you for staying with us. Due to COVID-19, our housekeepers do not go into a room occupied for more than one (1) day. Should you require service we are more than happy to comply with your housekeeping service request, we do ask that no guest is in the room while housekeeping is servicing your room. As you stated if a guest requires any room amenity we are glad to take it to their room or the guest can come to the front desk to get it.

Went for breakfast first day and they said breakfast ended at 8:30 which seems early to me. Next day got there just before 8:30 and they were pulling food away as we tried to get it. Like from right in front of you. Did it to others too. So rude. Last day the lady was nice enough to let us get the food we were getting. She walked around us to take away other food. It was just before 8:30. I've stayed here previously and it was better then so I would now look elsewhere due to rudeness. The room was nice tho but like half the outlets wouldn't hold a plug because they were so loose.

Hotel seems old and outdated. Upon checking in, the key cards didn't work and had to go back the front desk for the clerk to re-do the keys. The room was ok...nothing spectacular. Just a one-night stay.

The king size bed mattress was sinking and Sofa bed was painful to sleep as the springs were spiking off the mattress. My son had to sleep on the floor. In addition I was charged twice, paid to Agoda first and then front desk charged again. The towels were worn off, used and not clean. The sofa bed had dirty spot on the cushion. The staff at front desk were okay but couldn't accommodate to another room when we complaint about the room and Sofa bed.

Not worth the little money you save. ”
Literally wish we would have just booked a LaQuinta or something to be honest. This place was outdated, dirty, and kind of sketchy. We didn’t even let our kids swim in the tiny indoor pool after seeing the “cleanliness” of the rest of the facilities. Even the breakfast spread was subpar and kind of sketchy. There was a communal yogurt bowl with a spoon for everyone to scoop their own out. No thank you. WOULD NOT recommend. I would have paid $100 to not have had to stay here.
