썬웨이대학교에 아들이 입학하여 숙소를 정했다..여기머문동안 기억은 그동안 다녀본 모든나라 모든숙소중에 정말 최악이다..친철 기대하지말라..누구도 단한번도 slamat pagi든 hello 든 하질않는다..청소도 일주일에 한번해준다한다..타올도 첫날주고 안준다..수영장이용하는데 5시간 기다렸다..보통호텔이나 수영장에서 맥주마시는데 규정이 어긋난다면 여기는 안된다고 공지해준다..그런데 직원이 오자마자 당장나가라고한다..진짜 미친나라고 생전첨보는 광경이였다..매번싸우고..참고로 인도네시아온지 20년되었고 올해만 12번째 출장갔다왔고..인도네시아어 말레이시아어 영어능통자이며 현재 사업도 한국과 인도네시아에서 한다..같이온 지인들에게 미안하고 다시는 말레이시아에는 오지않는다고 한다..정말 내가 다 부끄럽다..어떻게40일동안 직원 누구도 인사를하지않는지 먼저 인사해도 안받는지..저주를 내리고 싶을지경이다..아들 대학때문에 왔지만 그환경빼고는 아무런 좋은기억없이 간다..

The head of security very bad to stop our car for checking out from the apartment. It was because we didn't have any car park ticket. I went to the office told the staff about it and he asked me to tell the security guard that can release my car. BUT the head of security didn't want to do it until I have to in to the office again to tell the staff to go out talk to the security guard. The office staff no choice and has to go out tell them to release my car. We are very disappointed of this security matter.

Spacious, value for money”

Appears to be a complex of student housing. Good size apartment and rooms. Cleanliness could be improved. Bed linens aren’t the cleanest but ok. Free parking big plus. Strategic location if you need to get around Sunway/Subang area. Recommended for groups on budget.

The jug kettle is so dirty that I believe you would have already disposed if that's at your house. When requesting for a replacement, it took ages to be delivered and eventually we have to send the kettle to the Reception and collect the replacement unit! There is no house phone provided in the room and we need to call from our own phone for all requests! When report about Astro channel not working (using our own phone), the Reception responded in such a way that "really? you have this problem?"!! Truly looking forward for a response from the senior management!

Superb penthouse ”

Penthouse located at 25th storey. Very spacious living room. Total of 4 bedrooms. 2 on the 2nd storey. The other 2 at the main floor. Each bedroom has their own toilet and air con but no Bathub. living room got 1 toilet, that makes 5 toilet in total. There is a nearby mini mart within the hotel. They also got karaoke. Parking is free. Overall satisfied. The scenery is good. Open space. Nothing is blocking the scenery.. Will come back again

Good for city fun hunters, shoppers and Sunway Lagoon”

The place where I stayed very modern-decorated, spacious, double-storey apartment (for family). It has a nice view of Sunway city. It is noise proof. Fully equipped with kitchen (inclusive kitchen utensils like plates, pots, fridges, knives, forks and spoons) and dining room. The location is good, driving distances (about 5-10 minutes) to popular spots like Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid. There is convenience store just below the apartment. No problem to cook instant noodles, burgers, etc. There is also bar and restaurants (quite pricey) in the other building... 10 minutes walk. However, slight improvement needed for the bathrooms. They were a bit smelly, due to the sink/drain was clogged. Roaches can be spotted in the bathrooms (probably due to the drain clogged).

SWIMMING PPOL SECURITY IS VERY RUDE”

She shouted at me saying that my children need to wear swimming suit also or else cannot swim. I understand the rules but she's not supposed to shout at me. This is my second time here. Visitor can use the swimming pool with normal t-shirt and legging before but now need to wear swimming suit which is not all ppl have swimming suit. What for people pay if they cannot use the swimming pool right. Its a no for 3rd time stay

Good Location”

Pros - Big duplex apartment, convenience store and good customer service. Cons - pls do something abt the sewer smell from the drainage system. You have to open the balcony door to let out the smell... Had a great stay despite the minor setback... Will book again when I'm in KL.

We have been staying at this place for several times now when we were in KL. However for our last unit the amenities/ facilities are not up to the standard. Shower faucet not working properly, floor flooded after showering. Iron not available, TV at the master bedroom not working.

Pros: Spacious space, 24 hours check in time, nearby sunway, quiet environment, 2 car park provided Cons: We changed room during the 2 night stay as when we go into the first house there are 3 cockroaches in the living room and we decided to change the room. The second house everything is fine except the single bedroom air conditioner is not funtioning. We did inform the reception to fix it the next morning as we check in quite late on the first day but they did not fix the air conditioner on the next day and 1 of my friend is sleeping in the living room for 2 night.

Irresponsible staff”

The staying place is ok but the staff at this premise is irresponsible and not helpful. After checking out, we realized that we have forgotten a pair of shoes and some foods in the fridge. So I contacted the front desk for help so that we can go back to the premise to collect back our stuff. She said she will check and get back to me. However, she didn’t reached me out. The next day I decided to ring the front desk again. Another staff picked my call and said that the housekeeping hasn’t made for that unit. So she asked me to wait again. Well, we checked out on 15April and today is alrdy 19 April. Unbelievable that the unit hasn’t done the housekeeping!!! I hope the management team really need to look into this matter. Even your business is good doesn’t mean that you can be irresponsible to your customer.
