셔틀 보내준대서 기다렸는데 안와서 전화할 때마다 십분만 기다려라 그래서 기다려도 안와서 다시 전화하면 십분만 기다려라 함. 드라이버 보냈다는데 그냥 가버릴 수는 없어서 믿고 기다리다가 두시간 지나고 결국 안와서 우버타고 삼십달러 냄. 관련한 직원 태도 매우 불량. 십분 더 기다리라는 말 말고 내가 뭘 더 말할 수 있냐, 내가 해줄 수 있는거 없다. 다른 사람들은 다 타고 온다는데 오늘 비행기가 딜레이 돼서 모두 기다리고 있다며 기다리라는 말만 두시간 반복. 무료 조식 준대서 가봤더니 팝타르트, 에너지바 한개씩 줌. 숙소 냄새나고 굉장히 낡았고, 전형적인 미국 서부영화에서 사고가 생기는 모텔같은 곳.

잠을 못잤습니다 ㅠㅠ”
우선 주위에 아무것도 없고 숙박시설은 너무 아닙니다.. 세면대 물도 안내려가고 수건은 오래되서 낡은수건에 시트도 너무 비 위생적입니다.. 청소도 제대로 안돼구요.. 저는 앞으로 다시 가고 싶은 생각이 없네요.. 그냥 비추 입니다

Extremely friendly & super helpful”
Place is clean & what I thought was going to be just a bed & bathroom was actually 2 rooms with a sofa & tv & microwave & mini fridge. Two strong thumbs up!! They have a shuttle bus to & from the airport. Don’t take a cab or Uber!

Hotel provides free transfer to/from DFW Airport; however it is difficult to contact them from the Terminal building (for international tourists). Shuttle bus serves several hotels and all DFW Airport Terminals; however it has limited capacity, so I would advise to reserve a place for a Hotel to Airport ride . The recption staff is friendly and helpfull. The room is clean, the shower has a soap bar, shampoo and conditioner. There was a fridge in the room (we did not use it). The soundproofing was not great: at night we could hear noises from outside. There is free buffet breakfast (starts at 6:00am): hard-boiled eggs, cereals, fruits, fresh waffles in the shape of Texas, yogurts, milk, tea, coffee, juices.

pros - clean room, good water pressure & temp, facilities nice, great location cons- beds very soft, staff unfriendly and unhelpful, COVID time breakfast is a joke (water, pop tart, granola bar) for a $55-65+ room.

Incredibly friendly staff, helpful with booking room, airport shuttle, answering questions, etc. Extremely professional and kind team. That's about where the good ends here. Rusted water taps and handles, dirt and grime all over the walls/ floor, dirty tub with inconsistent water temps (couldn't shower), no working internet or TV remote, and "breakfast" was a water bottle and pop-tarts in a paper bag. You absolutely get what you pay for in life, but you can do better than this Days Inn for less money.

Overnight layover? Consider somewhere else.”
Stayed at the Days Inn for an overnight layover with my 6 year old daughter. When we called the hotel to request the shuttle, the clerk stated it would be "20- 30 min" until the shuttle arrived. This was no problem. The shuttle arrived around 35 minutes after the phone call; however I was disturbed to find out that some passengers on the shuttle had been on the shuttle for the entirety of that time- just circling DFW and picking up more passengers. This was my same experience- we were on the shuttle for another 30 minutes after pickup. It was honestly something I've never experienced. We had just a 10 hour layover, so I was hopeful that their airport shuttle would be a bonus in getting us to the hotel in a timely manner. This was NOT the case. The hotel shares the shuttle with 6 other hotels! To my knowledge there are 3 shuttles between all hotels (they are more like vans- 10 passengers max). The morning shuttle to the airport was just as bad! Had to go to each hotel and pick up passengers, thus making my arrival time to the airport late. I honestly will NEVER stay at this (or any of the other 6) hotels again because their transportation was unreliable and very unprofessional (the driver was texting/ talking on the phone while driving). I have no complaints about the hotel itself- but if you are considering this hotel for the airport shuttle- look somewhere else!

Find few insects inside the room. The hot water in the shower very instable, alternating from the hot to cold the same time, making you uncomfortable while showering.

Pictures lie”
Not a clean premises. Room barely passed the muster. The pictures showed a new version of what I got. If your facility is older then tell folks!!I’m not that picky, but clean is a must. Also, staff were friendly, but didn’t know the area. So not helpful when asking about local places. I.e. a post office or restaurants.

The place could have smelled better. I checked in my toilet was leaking, the towels was dirty it should have been thrown in the trash allot of traffic the ceiling looked like it had smoke stains I'll be staying at the Marriott or Hampton inn next time

Incorrect information ”
They offer one price through the web page, but once you get there that change completely . They will try to charge you more no matter what. They offer “hot breakfast”, it is nothing but a bottle of water and a cookie in a paper bag. Awful costumer service. Not sympathy at all. Bad experience….

I have never been so disappointed in a Days Inn or Wyndham hotels. This was literally the worst trip ever and I really tried. I just moved out here and needed a couple of days of rest-that’s it. I was moved 3x in 4 days because of my rooms-no apologies-nothing or discount or refunds-despite contacting their complaint number at the front desk. First room, there was banging on one side of the wall and no one was there-hair all in the bed-fridge not working and my food spoiled-didn’t know til too late. 2nd room front desk ran ahead of me so fast to the new room I lost him and then he found me and told me to catch up pretty much. The rooms tv didn’t work-not clean again. 3rd room they move me to on my last day-remote didn’t work and water all on the side of the toilet coming from wall. Then when I checked out I got stuck in the elevator-pressed for 2-door didn’t even open then it DROPPED to the 1st floor-wouldn’t open-went back to 2-didn’t open-back to the 1st didn’t open til a couple of minutes later. I told the front desk he said that didn’t happen elevator man was just there. Well I filmed it soo yea. I really am praying God helps this property. Front desk would be nice but then when I said Nicely what was happening very rude. And still no compensation. Like even 10% discount. I’m leaving more tired then when I came. Called corporate and they called the wrong property but they were going to give me a full refund but realized I wasn’t at that place. Still have yet to hear from the actual property I was at-nothing from the manager. Don’t book here. I also saw how they treated others guests and it’s not ok. Like really.

Breakfast”
We have breakfast included in our reservation, however the front desk told us that breakfast was only a granola bar. We have to walk to Dennys for breakfast

Bad stay”
I booked the room with no notice of a deposit and the front clerk was very cold and impersonal with the situation. The room was infested with roaches. The ice machine was broke. And the breakfast was a pop tart and a bottle of water.
