The owner is a nice person and friendly. Although it is told as a hotel, but it feels more like a home stay. The room is not clean at all.

Pros: Location near to HIG group,and easy to find food nearby,near to pekan kuah,facilities okay,we booked room for 4 people ( 2 queen bed ),sejadah provided ( easy for muslim ) Cons: Limited parking,got cockroaches,iron outside,aircond on one side ( not all part of room is cold enough )

It wasn't clean at all.. Spiderweb and dirt on the walls. Old hair in the bathroom on the hose to the shower. NO ZINK in the bathroom. No thoilet paper no water dirty everywhere.. Never going back!

1. Location is good, as it is in town area. 2. Friendly staff, they help us to check our room although it hasn't reach the check-in time. 3. Room is not spacious, but okay for 2 persons, and worth for money. 4. Very fast check-in. 5. No deposit required, left keys on counter for check out process. Pullback point: 1. No car park provided, but not very difficult to find a lot nearby. 2. Cleanliness, some stain and dust on wall and window. 3. Toilet, no basin. Difficult to brush teeth and make-up. Water will splash out of bathroom as the door is not tight enough to block the water.

I bought a double queen room, they provide me a room that having two double bed and one single bed. That is what that i get extra. The worst is no washbasin/ hand basin inside the washroom, so how can brush the teeth inside the washroom ?　Sand is around the carpet, so how can the room be clean?

Traveling ”

Hotel rooms abit dated could have done with a sink in room! Staff helped with things to do and was lots of food places outside! All taxi prices were set prices and reasonable lots of food places outside hotel! For price we paided would Probley stop there again

Kebersihan,kemudahan di bilik hotel”

Kebersihan bilik sangat tidak memuaskan..meja katil penuh dengan cairan pekat langsung tidak dicuci...lantai yg tidak bersih dan amat berhabuk dan kotor..sehingga saya sendiri yang mencuci.. Kemudahan .. plug tidak mencukupi..bila diminta plug tambahan ...mereka tidak menyediakan..malahan berkata dalam bilik sudah ada plug.... Saya berharap dari segi kebersihan dan kemudahan harus dipertingkatkan.sekian...
