방은 매우 크고 다른 호텔들보다 훨씬 더 청결합니다. 샴푸, 바디워시가 고급이었고 짐, 풀장 등이 있습니다. 수영장은 넓고 깨끗했고 아침마다 물을 정화해주고 있었으며 여기서 보는 뷰가 이쁩니다. 위치는 푸트라자야 가운데쯤 되며 핑크모스크나 지상철 과는 조금 거리가 있습니다. 쇼핑몰이랑 붙어있어 식사와 장보기가 편하고 시끄럽지도 않았습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 추천합니다.

This is some of good one of my life, i would definitely mention staff's name suzi and faud they were excellent in thier job. I initially booked 2 rooms without balcony but just after i entered in the room we didn't like and straight away asked the reception to upgrade to balcony rooms. They asked for 80Rm for each room and later gave 20rm disconnect for each room. Breakfast There were good enough options to take soups , juices, tea, bakery items and much more. Free Parking Lost of people mentioned its bit tricky to get from parking to lobby but its better than many i have been to. Parking is in basement. Room Absolutely clean, nicely decorated and super excellent room service for anything being asked. Lake view was woth paying extra. There are few without bath tub and some has bath tub you have to ask at the time off booking. Extra pillows, iron with stand were inside cupboard.

Compact Room But Very Tastefully Decorated.”
For anyone who needs to go to Putrajaya the Dorsett is perfect. The room was compact but very nicely decorated. The free parking was very handy and there is a supermarket and 7eleven in the same building. There was also food trucks across the road the night we got there so that was handy for dinner. The main foyer is quite spectacular and, even though we didn’t get to use the rooftop pool, we went to have a look and it has an excellent situation up there. We have to go to Putrajaya again and have already booked at Dorsett for that trip.

Marvel Run Putrajaya 2019”
My wife and I participated in the Marvel Run and only stayed in PJ for one night. The hotel is conveniently located just a block away from the race village. The "mall" that is attached to the hotel is about 90% vacant. There is a 7Eleven there and 2 restaurants, but you can take a Grad to another mall that is 9 minute away. The bed and pillow was very comfortable and the balcony was beautiful although we didn't get to enjoy it because the guy staying next to us was vaping. Checking in and out was a breeze. We only stayed one night and we had a great experience. We will stay here again if next year's race is in the same area. Avengers Assemble!

A very nice hotel and convenient”
Booked this hotel because its the closest to Immigration visa building.2 blocks away up the hill and took only 10mins walk! They have a very nice restaurant with Variety spread for breakfast.Highly recommended the beef burger if you want to reward yourself after a long day!I had it on my last night at the hotel.7eleven and a restaurant downstairs near the lobby.The supermarket is just few steps away from the hotel door.Love the bakery shop connected to the supermarket.Fresh sandwiches and pastries daily. If you want to enjoy a quiet vacation,i would suggest to avoid weekends and school holidays.Families with small children stayed at the hotel to enjoy days at the pool. The only downside about the hotel is anyone could be roaming around going up and down the hotel because they didnt use the card system in elevator.I stepped on puddles of water in the elevator more than 3 times because some parents forgot towel for their kids so they just dragged them along. I would stay here again

this is our 2nd stay, we have stayed at this hotel back in y2020, this time coming back again in a group (taken 6 deluxe rooms, 4 with lakeview balcony room inclusive breakfast) for our weekend cycling activity. The reason why we came back? b'coz it's conveniently located closed to the Iron Mosque, food truck hotspot, 5mins walking distance to Putrajaya square. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with reasonable price. Many thanks to their reservations/reception/restaurant & housekeeping staff - they are helpful and awesome.

I had an amazing stay here. The staffs are very friendly, the receptionist upgraded me to a bigger room! The room is very spacious with the view of Putrajaya lake and mosque. Spacious and clean toilet. Got everything in the room - praying mat, kettle, iron, fridge, tv. Buffet breakfast is amazing, the pastries are delicious. I actually hv stayed here in 2016 and came back just for the pastries! Taste the same and just as good as 4 years ago. Hope to stay in other Dorsett hotels in the future! 5⭐️

Everything is good, very comfortable to stay. Toilet is very clean. But, the food is failed, especially nasi lemak. Oh my god first bite of nasi lemak its sambal i confused is this nasi lemak or i mistakenly take the sambal. I hope the chef should try the sambal first before serving because its really taste weird. I cannot eat nasi lemak. Its really a fail. Besides, the pillow used by hotel also is not comfortable to sleep. When u sleep on it, it became thinner. Its make your head hurt. Overall its still nice and superb staying there. Will repeat again but surely without breakfast

Wonderful stay at Dorsett Putrajaya. Impressive hotel decoration as well as the room. Clean and tidy. Complete with all needs like other 5 star hotel. Pros: Breakfast is awesome, great view of Putrajaya lake, Masjid Besi and new with Putrajaya food truck. Cons : My toilet door was already broken. It cant close completely and this resulting uncomfortable among family member. Room number 537. If the management able to see my review, please do necessary action to fix it for next customer. Overall, I am truly satisfied my vacation here.

Stayed here for a 1 night staycation with the kids. From the outside the hotel looks worn down. But inside, it was unexpectedly clean & pretty. Location wise was superb as there is a supermarket next door & food trucks just opposite. The kids loved the swimming pool even though were able to swim about 30 mins due to SOP. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Overall I am a satisfied guest. Will come again if given the choice. Good job guys!

Stayed for 2 nights. had to visit immigration office which is just across the street. === Good === - Buy the breakfast... trust me. a lot of choices, fresh and the pastries are excellent!!! - Superbly clean. - First class staff!! extremely helpful and friendly. - Room is comfortable and has everything you'll need. === Bad === - Entrance to hotel lobby is a bit difficult to reach as its lower than road level, and you need to pull your luggage down a ramp and walk a bit, but nothing serious.

Tq Mr Hazwan ( Front Desk) for his great servive during check in & out. Tq to the bell boy ( Chinese Look) for his kindness and smile all the time. Pool staff ( Tanned Skin Guy) for his good & humble treat to all guest. Great hospitality with well trained staffs. For the housekeeping side, may need to check in details on the carpet as my room has a few unwrapped sweets jelly on the floor. Since its just a small mess, I'd throw them on my own. There was some bad smell on the extra pillow in the cupboard. Sink was clogged earlier. Need some fixing job on it. Tq for your time to read my comments.

My rating shows all. One thing I would add on is hotel security could be improved. The issue arise as one time my key card was not working. I was looking around for assistance and found a housekeeper. Told my issue and asked where could I find a landline to call for operator assistance. With kind intention, the housekeeper helps open the door for me which I am really grateful, saving me the trouble. I think the correct way for housekeeper to assist is verify the customer is really staying at specified room before opening the door. Imagine if it is someone with bad intention, whom are not staying in that room. Again, I'm grateful for the help provided.
