Best Place to Stay! Highly Recommended!”
The place is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Better and cheaper than hotels. Host respond is fast and efficient (even though we check in midnight). Check in is smooth (self check in). Walking distance to Pavillion Bukit Bintang. Infinity Pool is nice. Will definitely come back again!! Thank you!!

About 5 mins walk to Farenheit & Pavillion. Very clean apartment with easy manual for washing machines/dryer/etc. Would def recommend this apartment! Thumbs up!

Totally worth to stay”
Overall very good. Just need to add some. 1) A lock from inside. So customer will feel more safety when staying inside. 2) Need a things to hang up our bowl and plate after wash.

Good staycation....walking distance to Pavillion , Lot10 & Bkt Bintang. The suite so spacious & complete with basic amenities. Love the bathtub......and car parking system. But I found its a bit annoyed when the owner /staff keep reminding of check-out time sharp at 12pm (via Whatsapp)

Location good,but something need to upgrade”
I dont know why the water from the bathtub always yellow colour, and the utensil only enough for one person🌚 but the plate got many. The guard ask me not allow me to park around the building,and ask me went to opposite public parking place, I just park for one night and just 16 hour already cost me RM30🌚

Good wifi, comfy bed, decent stay for family with 2 small children. Decor as per picture. The dining chairs are stained. Dinner plates/glasses are not in complete set, table mat are torn & incomplete. Only small shampoo tubes provided. If above are improved, the stay can be from good to great.

The apartment was quite small and so does the bedroom. However, the location is great, very close to all the bukit bintang attraction. Staff are fast for response, and no complaint on that. The room is great for 4 people max and master room with double bed and big toilet and 2nd bedroom has twin beds

Location and price was good. Malls and food was easily accessible to. Rides to anywhere was convenient and affordable. Room was nice, huge with all the nice expensive electric appliances. Kettle, drinking water filter machine, ironing sets, 2in1 washer dryer machine, fridge, oven and kitchen wares etc. All are provided. Self Check in failed. Did not receive provide passcode to retrieve key. Had to contact separately when I arrived at 9evening Turn on AC failed. Sensor was hidden in the ceiling. Did not provide instructions card. Took awhile before turning it on Turn on TV failed. Had to play around with 2 different remote control to get the tv playing. Did not provide instructions card. Only local channels. 3 tv provided but only 1 hall tv works, room and shower room doesn’t. Wifi password at the router was changed. Had to contact owner separately to retrieve password Toilet roll empty Tissue box empty Water was clean with naked eyes however bath tub water was brown after filling it as the tub was white If above feedback improved, I will return again.

Definitely a value for money, but not the best location”
The residence is great with a balcony with a nice view, there is a a bathtub in the bathroom spacious enough for a couple to soak together, and they even have a TV in the bathroom. The best is that the toilet is separated from the bathroom which i think it’s a very considerate and hygienic concept and design of the room. The room is clean, beautiful, and neatly arranged. The residence even have a water filter next to the sink for drinking, and of course a hot water flask as well. Toiletries are included but just bring along a tube of toothpaste because the ones provided are tiny. Residence’s main facilities like the infinity pool and gym will be at the top floor but pool towel will not be provided so it will be best to bring extra towel. Room Service is RM35 per session which isn’t too expensive but having to call for it just to get a change of towel will not be worth it especially for a short 2 night stay. Location wise, it was pretty far away from the main buzz of Bukit Bintang like Changkat (drinks and bar food), Jalan Alor and Chinatown (street food). Hence getting around with Grab/MyCar will be a more ideal choice. UOB Bank is just on the other side of the street so it’s convenient to withdraw as and when rather than carrying a big sum around with you. The only downside about this residence is that the TV wasn’t functioning when we wanted to watch it, only to be informed that the TV Box was stolen a few days back and have yet to be replaced. It was really disappointing as any malfunction of the room or essential items should be disclosed to the customers/residents upon booking, and that also includes the option of free cancellation before check-in date as provided by Agoda and decision of carrying on with the booking will be up to the customer. I felt that the host were not really honest with it as well because when i asked about the TV, they said that the TV Box was stolen a FEW DAYS back, but when i mentioned about our disappointment on not being told

Clean, fully equipped, nice view. What not nice is check in after 3, but checkout by 11am, and the bathtub doesn't work. Not worth the money.

It’s Airbnb type of room”
As mentioned this is Airbnb type of accommodation run by individual so don’t expect hotel type of services. No early check in or late check out unless you are willing to pay rm30 per hour. For early arrival guest, this may not seems to be a good choice. Decent room with amenities. However the the bath room sink hole is a bit blocked. For same rate I would choose to go for Dorset hotel which is just next door
