엘리베이터 사용이 너무 뷸편하다. 오래 기다려야 하고, 캐리어를 실을 공간이 부족하다. 대부분의 사람들은 좁은 비상계단을 이용해야 한다. 방이 너무 좁다.

The receptionist is super helpful. ”
My friend forgot her bag included wallet, all $ and passport in the taxi and we didnt have contact of the taxi driver. Tina, the receptionist is super helpful by calling around and manage to get the taxi company and help to communicate with people in order to get our stuff back. We got the the bag back finally. Thank u Tina

Great stay”
Excellent location, clean room. Great bed and pillows. Off site parking about a block away. Lots of reviews complain about only 2 elevators and long waits. It was never much of an issue for us. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and never had much of a wait. I would definitely stay here again

NEAR WALL STREET, Battary Park and One world trade center”
Pro. Near wall street, Battart park and oneworld trade center with many subway line to access other place Con. I use 30 minute to mid of NYC ( time square, central park, 5th av.) In summary this hotel the location is fine for some people to looking for hotel around lower manhatton and depend on your plan. For Breakfast not include in hotel cost and if you need they has 2 choice 1. A la cart cost 23 us 2. Buffet cost is 25 us. In my opinion the cost is very hight compare with qaolity of choice of food. Ps.near hotel have many resturant choice susc as Flavor, cafe grummy stabucks and luk's lobster.

Nice people and good location. We had an intermittent noise in the bathroom that kept waking us up. There are only 3 elevators for a lot of floors so at peak times there is a long wait and they are hot!

Decent hotel”
Generally good hotel if a bit expensive. Needs better lifts though. On check out day waited 30 minutes for a space in a lift to go downstairs but full everytime. Eventually walked down 19 floors with my bags.

clean and friendly”
This place was clean and friendly.... the elevator system was in need of some serious upgrade! Every time we used it we waited at least 20 min and it was always going down and it always went down to the Under ground floor which was the floor for employees. One morning we picked up 5 employees trying to get to the 11th floor. That was from the C level(which was underground to 11 we started at the ground floor went down and back up as I said and picked up 5 employees along the way several stops. No customers could get in and we stopped at two floors for customers we were full up. I would stay if I had. O other option as I am familiar with this spot. The bellman would also give insufficient information about shuttles. They would direct us to second floor to request and then the attendees at the counter would State we don’t provide that service you misunderstood .. which I was very detailed in my questions about a shuttle. All in all the bellmen all of them need to learn procedures.

Decent hotel - don't expect too much”
This is a decent hotel, we were visiting NYC for the weekend and hardy spent any time at the hotel. The elevator is extremely slow. There is no replacement of water bottles in the room. The room is otherwise clean and comfortable.

Good business hotel”
Would prefer to have stayed in midtown. Or maybe near Fulton street in downtown (two subway stops away) there are a lot more food options near Fulton street. This hotel is good for the Staten Island ferry and close to subway stations (red, green and yellow lines) so it makes getting around New York easy. Not much to see in this area and lots of traffic in the morning and evening as people are getting to and from work. Midtown would be a better option but the area was clean, safe, quiet (except for the honking of cars) and no rats or roaches so that was great.

Room are very small and dark, hallways are so narrow and not air condoned. The whole hotel build very tight and feel claustrophobic. 3 elevators are not enough for all the rooms and staff. It takes forever to go up and down. I don’t want to think what can happen in emergency. The first floor is just a small greeting area leading to the elevators, the staff there were very nice and helpful. Than you need to take the elevator to2nd floor to front desk and after check in wait again to the elevators to go up to your room. I think we over paid for what we got. Not going back. My room was not clean on time and one day wasn’t cleaned at all until I called them and they said they didn’t have time.
