호텔이 가격에 비해 부대시설이 조금 부족했어요. 슬리퍼나 웰컴 물이 없어서 아쉬웠지만, 직원들이 아주 친절하고, 방에서 동그란 창문을 통해 엠파이어 스테잇 빌딩이 보이고 야경이 좋아서 좋았습니다

Fun hotel great party scene”
We had a great stay, the pool scene felt like we were in Vegas or Ibiza with the DJ pumping out tunes & everyone partying. The rooftop bar was great too and being a guest meant u got to miss the queues and head straight up there. The area was perfect for getting around Ny and sight seeing. The only downside was the noise at night from the roads, the sirens, people hocking their horns all through the night meant we never got a good night sleep. I would recommend choosing a room away from the road. But this was the only downside, the rooms were nice and comfy & I would definitely go again, just choose a different room next time

Great hotel, good location. Rooms were always clean, staff were helpful and the hotel bars and resteraunts were perfect if you were tired and didn’t want to go elsewhere. Perfect hotel for groups too.

We had a great experience and plan to return. Location is fantastic, rooftop pool was on point and great food. Staff were friendly and nice especially Brett who went over and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.

This hotel is great. I would personally come back to New York and stay there. The Mexican restaurant next door it’s delicious and cool!! The pool s great too there’s always things to do there. And the location is perfect! Highly recommended!!

Outdoor Pool open in winter very cool. Nightclub open with loud music until early hours of the morning but did not disturb me. Staff friendly difficult to get ice or expensive to get ice.

Only for gays?”
We are an older couple, artist and musician. We thought to be in an artistic hotel but there were hardly any older persons but a lot of yelling and showing of to one eachother and a lot of: look how nice I am. Yelling in the swimming pool, I could not even swim as they were drinking with a group. Loud music. And today we were the lucky ones because we had to pay around 144 dollars as we booked with another agent. It felt like punishment. Architecture and detailing very wonderful. Light in room bad, we hardly could see anything. We had a great time but only recommend this hotel to extravagant gays

Nice rooms and good value but noisy”
Stayed for one night (a Wednesday night) and while the bed was really comfortable, we were on the 9th floor and could hear music playing. Staff weren't particularly welcoming at check-in either although the checkout staff were much nicer. Room was good value for the location but wouldn't rush back.

I was here on business travel and picked this hotel for the location. I don't know what it was, but there were people screaming, cars honking ,and what sounded like police sirens till 3am. And that was before the road construction started at 3:30am. Not possible to get a good night's sleep. Earplugs wouldn't have helped because the construction has low-frequency sound waves. The soundproofing needs to be improved.

Party hotel”
The rooms are beautiful, great location, friendly staff but it's not a peaceful place It's a party hotel. The pool is a pool party all day long, and there is a nightclub too which means the halls are full of people talking and going in and out at all hours of the night It's a nice place for a young person's party/ bachelor(ette) party

Great party hotel for a weekend ”
Rooms are nice, I booked a Gold King hence it was bigger than a standard room. Interior design of the rooms is pretty dated (please change those horrible carpets). Good food in the restaurants and bar. Pool is fun and there is a nice crowd but it gets very busy at the weekend and you need to wait for a sun lounger. PHD Rooftop party is still probably the best party in town. Staff at door is still super rude but I guess that comes with the type of club scene they want to run. I would stay there again for a long weekend of fun. If you want to sleep you need earplugs because the music from the rooftop is loud and can be heard in the rooms until 4am

Book it if you want to stay in a night club”
The hotel facilities are nice however the room was not great. The furniture seemed cheap and not well thought out - my expectation was that room would be more put together. The worse part was that I was placed on the 2nd floor right above the club that goes till 4am. I asked to switch rooms but was told that they were sold out. They literally have a noise canceling machine built into the room so they know it’s bad. For someone traveling for business, not the right pick. Lesson learned.

Repeat guest and had enjoyed the hotel in the past. The proximity to Chelsea and ease of getting up to midtown or down to Soho etc is great. However very disappointed with our stay this time - issues with room service every day, drunk vomiting nightclub patrons in the lifts multiple times and the manager doesn’t seem to be phased when brought these issues to their attention. Would recommend looking at other options in the area

“Would like to be trendy””
The room is ok, rather small. Bed tooo soft. No kettle, no coffee maker, no free water - May be this is the same in other hotels in New York, but for this category of hotel, I expect more services and amenities. Check in staff was friendly but inefficient, check-in took 20 min at 4pm afternoon. On Saturday, I wanted to go to the roof top bar. The security at the elevator was full of attitude. He could not find my name in the hotel guest list because it was under first name.. is that my problem or a reason to show attitude towards a paying guest? I will not go back to a do called trendy in-place when staff show attitude and amenities are below regular standard for this kind of price-range. PS: the public area was dirty - capers not vacuumed the full 3 days I was there and wear & tear everywhere

Nice hotel but they try to charge u for everything - to use a glass for wine they charge $3 per glass, to order room service they add a $5 service charge plus an 18% tip plus tax and then they want another tip on top of that - ridiculous

The main reason why we chose this hotel was the pool. However, we were denied using it in the afternoon as it was rented out for a "private event". Completely non-professional and unreasonable!
