dear sir/madam, it is michael from dream house and thank you for the very nice recommendation and and we are very happy that you had the great stay here and actually we were upgrading the guest house and restaurant since raining season now we got the brick rooms down-stair and it is more comfortable than before and we enlarge the restaurant on the roof top, it has the nice breeze everyday for breakfast. now we are planing to fix the air con for down stair rooms later even now we have many room options to be choice and we grew up many golden bamboo around the guest house since the raining season and the golden bamboo trees will be the nice room view later and it will make the good places too we believe, anyway thank you so much for the nice stay and we rent the bikes 20% off and we have the bus pick up and drop off service onsite so we like to see you again, looking forward to see you next time and we wish you will have the nice vacation by our family. best regards, michael(owner)

1. 숙소에서 비치까지 걸어서 10분. 해변입구를 찾는게 쉽지않아요. 해변은 호텔끼리 연결되어있고 야자수는 호텔것이어서 그늘이 전혀없어요. 2. 주인과 직원들이 참 친절해요. 물어보면 잘답해줍니다. 3. 화장실없는 싱글룸은 정말 작아요. 딱 침대만 있음. 따로있는 화장실이나 샤워실은 깨끗하니 괜찮아요. 4. 입구에서 멀어질수록 와이파이 안됩니다. 싱글룸쪽은 안되요. 5. 벽이 얇고 나무라 소음소리 발소리가 잘 들립니다. 6. 숙소 근처 로컬 식당이 세개있는데 저렴합니다. 가운데집에 영어메뉴 있고 매운샐러드도 있음. 7. 커피 티 무료로 먹을 수 있고 아침 조식이 볶음밥 팬케익 누들 야채샌드위치 등 매일 바껴요. 8. 화장실없는 싱글룸에서 4일 잤는데 이 가격이면 강추합니다. 9. 자전거 종일 3천짯, 모토바이크 9천짯 대여. 해변가까워서 타고 다닐 거리 아닙니다만 해변 끝에서 끝으로 가보고싶을때 빌려타세요.

Room i had was huge. It literally had 2 king size beds and it was just me. Everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. Staff were great. My only problem was the wifi i could not connect from the room nor from the restaurant which was an issue as a digital nomad but i had data on my phone to hot spot so was not the end of the world. Great little spot would highly recommend.

Most amazing place i’ve ever been”
the staff are the nicest people I’ve met so far in Asia, they would go above and beyond. The owner even went out of his way to arrange for me that my headphones which I left in the night bus would be brought back from Yangon to me. They washed all of my clothes for me when they got wet in tropical storm. The breakfast is amazing, and the people from the village are really nice too. Don’t even hesitate booking here, it’s the best place by far!

Dream house guest house is close to the beach also. Please if u plan to come in ngwe saung , you have to stop here. The bus.from yangon drop you front of Dream house and they pick you up also front of the réception...means very confortable service

The staff is amazing. Very generous breakfast. Free cigars coffee and tea. Rooms super clean and well ventilated. We recommend it to anyone since the beach is super close.

Perfect place to enjoy Ngwe Saung”
I booked 3 nights and I stayed 7 :) it was a great time, the owners and stuff always very helpful, kind and friendly, well located, clean, every room has windows, fresh shower, the restaurant has good quality and tasty plus good prices, breakfast included is different every day, comfortable common areas, they have bike & bicycle for rent, tours and more, just ask! it's quiet perfect to rest and read, my visit at Dream Guesthouse couldn't be better.

Fantastic place to stay, the hospitality is outstanding, rooms are simple but clean. I booked it for one night, but ended up to stay 3 nights. The guest house offers you good advices on where to go and what to see, they offer motorbike rent for reasonable price. The owner of this place helped me to arrange transportation to next location

It's a nice place. The owners is so friendly and caring, they do breakfast for you and if you want you can also get dinner there. The room was a bit humid, but that was okay/normal for this time of the year.

The hostel is very good! The stuff is so friendly and we felt very welcomed. It is on the street but it is quit in the room. Cheap and good drinks and food. The rooms are a bit tiny but it is ok. Nice Terrasse and u San rent Scooter and bycicles there for a great value. We would stay there again! Thanks a lot!

This hostel is new. They are still improving the hostel and fixing many things. However, for a low price, you get a large private room. Also the staff are LOVELY! They were friendly and funny and they all tried hard to make sure that my friends and I had a good time. This includes the owner himself, a really nice person. The social area is good and there is free (instant) coffee, green tea and cigars all day (though food varies in quality - sometimes great, sometimes not). I was very happy with my stay, especially because of the lovely people working there. I am sure, also, that the hostel will keep improving itself in the future. I recommend Dream House Guest House highly!

Their breakfast is very good! and restaurant is budgetary and delicious. And staff is very nice! However their WiFi had little problem. many time disconnected... I don't know if it's improved. Acceptable distance to the beach and shopping area by walking for me.

I stayed at a single and it was quite cheap for this place but super small! Besides my room was a way too far from the router so I had a really bad wifi connection. One more bonus was a drilling sound of an electrogenerator that from sunset till late night, so my nights were unforgettable! The hostel is right on the main road so you can enjoy the noisy local vehicles and dust as well. Last night I had to move to a double room to have more space and escape the generator area :)) the staff is nice but they really don't understand vegetarian lifestyle, sometimes it was hard like you say 'no eggs pls' and get an egg sandwich right away :) hope it will be better next time <3

Best place to stay for a budget traveller. ”
Very nice place with large rooms and a nice terrace for dining. Different breakfast every morning included in the rate. But the best part is the owner, Michael. Fluent in English and he will help you with every question or issue you have. Very nice and friendly wife as well. You'll enjoy your stay here. I had the "luxury" of being the only guest, because of the situation. It's definitely time for tourists to come back to Ngwe Saung. You'll feel 100 % safe and welcomed. Can't wait to get back.
