호텔 근처 업무차 왔다가 지낸 호텔입니다. 일반 관광객이 지내시기는 위치는 좋지 못한것 같네요. 호텔 시설은 깔끔했고 쇼핑몰내에 있어 편리하긴 합니다. 이동시에는 차량이 있거나 택시 이용해야합니다.

객실 천장과벽면. 화장실에 무슨 벌에 애벌레인지 아무튼 죽은 사체가 붙어있었고 객실 환기나 위생상태가 그리 좋지 않았어요 5층 숙소였는데도 욕실 수압이...샤워를 하기 힘든 상태였어요 다시 간다해도 위치적인 매략 빼고는 별로였어요

I went to Malaysia with my family to participate on a workshop related to my Doctorate studies and the experience I've had from the E.City hotel was really good. The staff was very friendly, supportive and humane thus created a very good perception on my mindset about Malaysians. I would definitely visit this place if it falls closer to my expected destination. There was a breakdown in the internal communication lines on one night but being a CEO myself I am surely matured enough to understand that those could take place in day to day commercial business.

Hotel environment is very peaceful, and i can sleep well. Room is very spacious & comfortable. F&B is easily found below the hotel.

Good location, clean room”

We have wedding to attend nearby (got so many wedding event space here), so I guess its the right choice to stay here. We just walk to the Bizmilla Wedding Hall nearby. This hotel also attached to the One City Mall. Free parking for hotel guest, and clean spacious room! Totally worth my money.

Was given a room with spoilt air cond. Thought it would cool the room after few hours but it didn't work. Filed a complaint around 2am as it was too warm to sleep and was given a new room. Air cond was not strong but at least it was cooling. The staff were friendly and have strong follow-up with my request and even offered for room service. Thumbs up! Due to CMCO, the facilities like gym and swimming pool were closed.
