일단 걸어서 타임스퀘어까지 갈 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 맨하튼 어디든 조금만 이동하면 되는 접근성이 좋습니다. 방은 작았지만 깔끔했고, 조식도 맛있었어요.

Clean and Great Location ”
You could smell the Lysol as soon as you entered the room! Very clean and staff was very friendly. In walking distance of all the major attractions!

The hotel is just a few blocks away from Times Square and Empire State Bldg. There are nearby restos and convenience store. We got the room with king-size bed so all three of us slept there. There’s a couch though. Not spacious enough if you are carrying several pieces of luggage. Our room also had 2 TVs which was good. Breakfast was great which was what I loved most. The toiletries were branded so I kept them which I normally didn’t do. Room was clean and neat. In general I was happy with our stay and hope to come back one day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel but the only fault I had with it was that the dining room was to small as a lot of times all the seating was taken when you came down for breakfast

Excellent location! The breakfast was a plus!”
Rooms are VERY SMALL. They are only big enough for 2 people. The staff were not prompt to clean/do housekeeping on your room. Most days we had to ask for clean towels. Location was PERFECT! We could walk or take a bus everywhere. Breakfast was good and a selection. Manager’s reception was not quality for the food but the beverages were great! I would stay again for the location and the breakfast. I got a great price on Agoda otherwise it would have been too expensive to stay as long as I did. I give my price a 5 Star and the hotel a 4 Star!

Great location but disappointing service ”
Location was great. Rooms small but this is New York so that’s expected. Very clean rooms and we loved the neutrogena shampoo/ body wash etc! Unfortunately staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. When I booked the hotel according to Agoda site, check in started from 3pm. At the hotel we were informed that this was wrong (check in was at 4pm) and were asked to pay $50 to check in early (one hour early!!!). Of course we didn’t. I understand that every hotel has their policies however the attitude of the reception staff was so bad that ruined our first day there. Also If check in is at 4pm then basically you pay for a full day that you don’t even get to use the room. Very disappointing service. Would definitely avoid!!!

Only location is perfect”
We are staying for 4 nights and the water pressure at level 14 was very low. We complain and the technician unable to do anything so we was suffered during our stay. The room was smaller than the previous hotel we stayed at downtown. The breakfast was ok although the selection was limited but i am full. The only perfect thing is the location. There are so many hotels nearby for selection.

The Embassy Suites is located at the center of action and activities. It is a nice place to stay if you want to get near Times Square on your visit. The only thing is that they don’t provide water in the rooms and the rooms are a little bit smaller.

The omelette station was closed but they probably open after 8.30am for a breakfast service which starts at 6.30 or 7am. Ridiculous to operate so late. The urban tax is refunded in the form of rebate for overpriced goods at the sundry shop in the hotel. No water bottles in the room.

Hotel with limited service, less amenities and dirty by it management nature..”
I spent 6 nights here by moving from hotel that their name may less reputable and cheaper. But found out the that their Hotel name doesn’t reflect what it should be. Among 6 nights stayed, only 2 nights of room cleaning even you ask them to do the cleaning. Seem it hotel policy that they will only clean your room after check out. Their name said it Suits but in room are very limited amenities. No soap, no shower cream, no room slippers, no robe. I ask hotel reception for room cleaning but they just reply that if not today it will tomorrow! And seem they answer as per hotel policy. The only good thing is they location that right in middle of Manhattan.

Waited an hour to check in and we had a reservation. Then they put us in the wrong room but after a couple calls to the desk they got it straightened out. Total time took 2 hours.

Nice Hotel but Disorganized Staff”
Check in took WAY too long. We couldn't get in to our room until almost 7 at night and it took them 20 minutes at the counter to get us checked in. They also thought I had booked two rooms when I didn't. Buffet is way to crowded and food is only meh. My mom had left a jacket in the room closet after check out and it took them almost an hour to bring it back down to us.

Very bad service, worn out facility ”
The toilet bowl was leaking water onto the floor with a disgusting smell. I reported this issue to the receptionist in the morning but noone has checked. In the evening I asked the hotel again to check and move me to another room but they did not do it. At 10pm I asked again and they sent the engineer to check and he said he could not fix but then asked the receptionist to move me to another room. This hotel service is a joke and should have not existed in the world of hospitality.

Overall I would say this is a really good hotel in terms of location. However, the rooms are very small and also you have to park in a public garage.

Great Location and Great View from High Floors”
Quick 5-10 minute walk from Penn Station. Two blocks from Empire State Buildings, 10-15 walk to Time Square. Great views from the high floors. Would definitely stay again.
