4인가족 그룹으로 퀸베드가 2개 들어가 있는 방을 사용함. 체크인 때 직원들의 친절함에 한 번 감동받고 방에 올라가서 청결하고 깔끔한 룸 컨디션에 두 번 감동받음. 오른쪽으로 KL타워, 왼쪽으로 부킷빈땅이 내려다보이는 수영장 뷰도 아주 멋졌음. 평소 아침식사를 거하게 하지 않는 편이라 조식도 매우 괜찮았으나 조식을 중요하게 생각하는 사람이라면 조식이 부족하다고 느껴질 수는 있을 것 같음. 쿠알라룸푸르를 다시 방문한다면 망설이지 않고 다시 EQ를 선택할 것 같음.

직원들도 친절하고 룸컨디션도 좋고 무엇보다 음식이 너무 맛있다. 그러나 가격이 너무 비싸다. 트윈타워뷰를 골랐는데 하얏트 클럽룸 가격보다 비싸고 트윈타워가 다른 건물에 가려 좋은뷰가 아니다. 또한 5성급이 맞는듯 아닌듯 아슬아슬하다. 예를들면 직원들이 모두 친절한데 매일아침마다 만나야하는 조식 식당 안내하는 직원은 불친절하고 음식은 맛있는데 가짓수가 너무 적고 위치도 좋아보이지만 실제로는 항상 택시를 이용해야하고... 전혀 추천하지 않는다

The Best Staycation Ever!”
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Just for a short staycation and also to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary. Once we arrived, we were welcome by the staff and we feel so pleasant. The lobby was modern design and very welcoming. All the staff at the reception was good and treated us nicely especially Zaidi. He sent us to our room. And we were surprised that the hotel give us a surprise by setting the bed with love swan and rose petal and also delicious chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary. So thoughtful and the room was spacious. The view from our room was spectacular. We can see the KLCC and the city. At night, the view become more breathtaking. The room was clean and the mini bar was complimentary. Overall, we have a good time there and for sure will come back for a longer stay to try the pool, since MCO due to Covid-19 the pool still close. Thank you EQ!

“After almost few months movement control order, we decided to travel after the cases dropped some numbers. We visit to KL Tower to support our local tourism and check in to EQ hotel by the Stay and Exclusive package. Warm welcome by the front desk also direct us to our designated floor, which is 46 floor. The room was spacious and the Reservation staff assisted us to the room and explained further on the features of the room. The mini bar was Complimentary.😍 We also enjoyed the breakfast served at Nipah. The staff at the Pool,Spa & Gym area was very well train and helpful. Our room faces the KL Tower and the view was wonderful! Totally Exquisite Experience with EQ KL. Job well done there guys, keep it up! Hotel/room is clean and comfortable, the staycation there was lovely. Great views of KL.

Excellent 5 ⭐️ Hotel ”
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was new , modern, excellent design, spotless clean and spacious bathroom. Love the bed so much , so comfortable. Location is awesome as well , walking distance to Pavilion. We had a great lunch time at Restaurant Nipah, food is good, staff is so friendly. Room service is excellent, food is yummy, price is quite reasonable. Relaxing body massage at level 29 Sanctum Spa. Beautiful Sky Bar at 51th floor , KLCC VIEW. This is the best hotel so far I stayed in KL. I will highly recommend this Hotel for Couple , Friends and Families. We had a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Will plan to stay for my next trip.

Awesome and Classy room”
We had decided staying in EQ Kuala Lumpur in the end after comparing so many 5 star hotel in KL city. The room is very spacious ,classy, modern and clean. Bed pillows are comfy . They really take note of our special requests from Agoda booking unlike other hotels which I had experienced hardly bother. We been given on a higher level with a good Twin Tower view. Presented a small birthday cake , card and balloons in the room for my advance birthday celebration, thank you so much for that sweet attention. Breakfast buffet selection are very wide and delicious. Staffs whom we met are courteous and friendly. Location is pretty good as well. Highly recommended, we had made a good choice.

Clean, new and strategic hotel”
My friends and I arranged for a one night staycation at EQ Hotel and we were very happy. The room was clean and new. Toilet was mould free. In general positive vibes. Later I found out from the front desk that the entire building was demolished in 2016 and the hotel reopened Mar 2019 for a year before Malaysia went into COVID-19 lockdown in Mar 2020. Hence, clean and new still! We could easily walk to KLCC and Pavilion. There is a nice pool which gives a good view of KL tower and a vitality pool which gives some form of hydrotherapy/massage. The service from every staff we met was polite and great! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-nights stay. Everything from the reception to service staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and modern with a complimentary mini bar. They were nicely insulated from indoor/outdoor noise making sleep and rest very comfortable. Facilities like the pool were well staffed and maintained in accordance with the Covid-19 regulations. Ample parking and well lit. This is a true benchmark for other hotels in Malaysia.

Excellent service from valet to bell boy to receptionist. Everyone you met, they will greet you politely and even explain to you in details everything you need to know. I have never seen such a service from any hotel before. Just too bad the sky bar is close, pool is close. No more buffet breakfast, but the ala Carte breakfast is also good. Parking is complimentary, which is a plus! Bed is super comfortable, complimentary mini bar, spacious bathroom. I rate 5/5 for this hotel
