Staff was extremely professional. There was an incident at about five o clock in the morning. I phoned the front desk and security was on it as were the police! The situation was taken care of promptly and I was able to return to sleep. Well done and much appreciated how quickly the situation was handled and completed! Would absolutely stay with you on my next visit as I have in the past! Debbie Macklin

Can see the Museum of Natural History from my window. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Overall, I had a very nice memory with the hotel!

Our rooms were spacious for two adults and two children. Our first room was one King and a sofa bed, then we moved to a double queen with a sofa bed. Both were small suites. Beds and furniture were comfortable, windows could open for fresh air. Good lighting. Complimentary umbrella came in very handy. The breakfast buffet for $20 was ok, but the price should be reduced by half for children. Our grandkids ate practically nothing so it was quite an expensive waste of money for us. We had to go to the 11th floor for ice. Not convenient. For the price of these rooms a small fridge would be expected. Also, we only had access to a few cable stations and the price to rent a movie was $19.99! TV service should be updated. Our toilet became clogged and someone from maintenance came very quickly to fix it! Thank you for that!

Deluxe king was large for New York. Nice balcony. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. Good lactating on upper west side near Central Park. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Comfy Beds”
Situated next to the Museum of Natural history and Central Park on the upper west side, this hotel has the perfect uptown location without the East side price. The breakfast/brunch is a miss and a waste of a nice looking room. Better to head to one of the UWS’s many brunch places or even Starbucks..

Easy hotel validated parking at Museum of Natural History across the street. Subway station 1/2 block away. Many restaurants nearby. Central Park a block away. Courteous, helpful staff. Safe neighborhood for walking and shopping (not to mention many recognizable locales from the movie “You’ve got mail.”)

Clean and quietcroom good for restful nights. Eventhough we booked the delux suite, there was no fridge nor coffee maker in the room which is very odd. The front desk and the bellman were helpful.

Front desk personnel were arrogant and not helpful except for the Asian lady. Example, when I asked what good fried chicken restaurant they can recommend , the Latin looking front desk lady said - "You're asking the wrong person." The bedroom floors creak. The lobby is very gloomy and not welcoming. The hallways are very narrow. The only saving factor is the location of the hotel.

Great location, a place with an atmosphere ”
A perfect location between Central Park and the Hadson with a lot of things to do around. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Free WiFi all around. The staff was polite and helpful, we arrived at 7am and we got a room because they made an effort!!! We will be back

Beautiful hotel. Lobby feels like your stepping into a really fancy & classy hotel with all the dark shiny wood walls, furniture and elevators. The junior suite is gorgeous and comfortable. The neighborhood is stunning as well. My daughters and I absolutely loved staying here. We will definitely be back.

The suite is of good size, but it has a tiny bathroom. It's close to Central Park and subway. There are quaint shops along Columbus Ave.

Truly enjoyed my stay in New York. The room was wonderful and was everything we needed. I know it was New York, but the staff was very unpleasant to deal with. Outside of that, I would recommend this hotel.
