Only one dryer and washer for a thousand giests”
Only one old dryer and old washer for all guests. I paid almost $2000 for 5night . I will go to other hotelget better services next time . Never come back.

Hello, It is unusual to have a guest laundry in Vancouver hotels so I am sorry that you found the one we offer, at no cost, was not to your liking.

We went away for the weekend and got the king suite, it wasn’t as nice for the price. Our room needs some renovations. The tub was dirty and had stains on it, the mirror was also dirty. The bed and pillows where comfortable though. The staff where rude and very unprofessional. On the card it said the pool opens at 7:00am and when we went at 8:30 they said it doesn’t open till 10:00 so we waited and got breakfast when we went back at 10:15 it was still locked and was told someone was coming , we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to unlock the gate to the pool. Our door card stopped working at 10:49 we had just come up from the hot tub to get our stuff and check out but our card wasn’t working we went down to the front desk and they said they will send someone up to let us in we waited 20 minutes for someone to let us in then they tried to charge us for a late checkout. We refused because it wasn’t our fault. They where very rude to my husband. We like the location but don’t set high expectations for the hotel.

smell of stale smoke and broken bedside lamps”
The room was clean but there was a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. 2 lamps were broken, the on off switches were missing, possibly broken off. There was a 3rd lamp the same so we were able to compare. I told staff at reception but nothing was done about it. The kichenette was very tiny with very extremely limited facilities compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
