Rooms is nice, not bad for the size and price. However the cleanliness need to improve. The sink and toilet have a bad smell. There is a dirty bolster under the tv cabinet. Stain a bit on the bed. Is a okay experience

Bring your own kitchenete”

Just bring your own kitchenete if you stay with MyKey. We brought so much thing to cook just to realize they didn't provide it. Get 2 pan after we request but no knife or whatsoever. Really appriciate if they inform us early so we can prepare it ourselves. We also get called 'idiots' because our reserved parking given by staff is actually own by other resident/guest..a bit surprise to get a note because of that too..

We really enjoy the spacious room, the food, the pools and all expriences that this accommodation can give! It is just the location that might wonder where. Their name on the map is also different. Still, will give this 5 stars!

Disatisfaction ”

After we visit around KL town, we came back to room around 11.55pm and found out the Air conditioner is not working. I stayed at Tower B 13A-08, I need to walk down Tower A at the My Key Global counter to report this matter. I was attended by Mr. Faliq(- person on duty), and was told by him he can’t do anything seems there was no maintenance on duty and he was alone and can’t leave the counter. I was issued with new room located at Tower A . I need to pack all my stuffs in the midnight and bring it over to a Tower A. This create a very inconvenience to us. Mr. Faliq keep emphasise that he can’t do anything to resolve the issue, my only choice is to change the room. If I have a choice to give zero star to rate this hotel, I will choose that first. It is a bad experience staying here, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

just disappoint for the first 2 night stay without bathtub as agoda mentioned it has. WiFi is not so good. when i book another 2 night for premium room comes with bathtub,very satisfied except for the tv jz few channel can watch of it. would be boring staying in the room.should be upgrade for this so that can choose youtube song,movie and etc.. That's all and would be perfect staying in room whole day.

booking utk surprise bufday for husband.. sgt worth it with price.. n sgt berbaloi.. pool view cantik gilaa even kena byr RM10/pax tp berbaloi la dgn view dia.. staff dekat reception (malay boy) gave full explanation how to use all the card.. cons : lantai toilet bila basah jadi mcm berminyak.. dunno why tp bath tub dia besar gilaaa.. TQ :)

should provide dishwasher liquid (as you provide stove and oven, people need to wash plate and glass) tooth brush and tooth paste needs to be provided as well. No signage for Kiblat, it will be good and useful for muslim travelers. Staff is not very helpful.

I kinda disappointed with the room. It smells weird. The floor feels sticky. There’s no dustbin and iron provided in the room.

Check in was troublesome. No clear instructions. Parking was scarce and limited. No visitor parking available. Have to park outside the roadside which is also limited. Need to reserve parking in advance and only 1 parking is allocated for each room. Cleaniness for the room is moderate. The bed smells, the floors were sticky. Better instructions and the people working there can be more helpful.

No parking for guest, they’re to strict and not really friendly. Take too long time for check in . The deposit also so expensive which is rm300. In advertisement said my room is city view but actly not . Im a little bit disappointed.
