Comfy like home.”
The staff Extended Stay America and Glenwood Village, Colorado are the best. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable everything works great. The grounds are well-kept maintain and very clean. It would be one of my first choices when in the area again.

Very outdated. Furniture is very damaged and smells musty.

Gross pot den”
The exterior of the room reeked like urine. The interior of the room smelled like pot, cigarette smoke, and mold. The room was in dire need of new carpet, a paint (grime all over the wall), and new refrigerator shelf (totally broken).

Disappointment ”
Room was spacious and clean but felt dingy. The bathroom door would shut on it's own keeping the heat out. Heard water dripping from the tub and the toilet would flush all night. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear everything from the room next door.

For a non smoking room the second we opened the door the overwhelming smell of pot was horrible! If you can get past the smell then you’ll be good. The bed was comfy & the towels were fresh. For the area this is located it could really use some updating.

Last minute check in”
Front desk was really friendly and respectful. I would not recommend this place for a long stay. We got it as a last minute thing. At first they provided us a room that smelled disgusting. The smell was so unbearable that I had to go ask to ne moved or money back. At first they were a little hesitant to do either, but after a 40 min wait they finally gave us another room. The carpets in the rooms are pretty dirty.

Worst room ever”
I'm a business traveler and have stayed at thousands of hotels in my career. I have NEVER seen or smelled a room so filthy. It was shocking. They make you sign a non-smoking agreement upon check-in, yet I swear someone must have smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room right before opened the door. It was overwhelming. Save your money and go to another location.

Filthy room had semen stains on walls”
I’ve seen some fairly sketchy rooms before, I’ve typically just dealt with them. This place was beyond awful. When I first walked in, there was a foul odor. There was trash all over the floor and multiple human hairballs on the floor. It was very dusty and you could see residual handprints on nearly everything. The couch was in really poor shape, someone had urinated on it and it was never cleaned. There was dried semen on the walls near the bed and on the headboard. Everything in the kitchen was really sticky and the counters hadn’t been wiped clean. The lock on the door was busted… don’t stay here. Just don’t, you’ll regret it. I’ve spent hours on the phone today trying to get a refund. If you have a pet, they will charge you an outrageous pet fee per night.
