가구는 낡았지만 방은 깔끔했고, 방에 리클라이너도 있어서 편하게 휴식할수도 있었습니다. 아쉬운점 : 물이 연수된 물이 아닌듯. 샴푸와 바디바만 제공됨. 조식은 로비 데스크앞에 커피테이블과 빵그릇 3개가 끝. 조식 시작 한시간 뒤에 갔더니 머핀 3개와 시리얼바가 남은것의 전부.

No complaints really”
Everyone has been helpful and professional, have good attitudes, and they've gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I like that they wear masks - especially with so many people traveling to Houston and staying here due to NASA being across the street & other nearby attractions. I've been staying here for a few weeks due to construction on my apartment (so I'm a local), so during this time, I've interacted with lots of the staff and they've all made me feel at home, especially when I'm homesick sometimes. Good pricing, clean rooms. - kitchen: I'm a little jealous bc the fridge in my hotel room is nicer than the one in my apartment; microwave & the dual-burner stovetop work great. (No oven, just a heads up). - bathroom: That water pressure is legit. And the water gets HOT quick so watch yourself. - laundromat: The washers & dryers cost $2/load. Clean & the machines work well. - breakfasts: Good coffee (not even gonna lie). Like 6 flavors of oatmeal, some muffins, and they have 2 kinds of snack bars, too. - neighborhood: NASA is literally across the street - if you're going to visit NASA, just walk there and save the parking fees. I don't feel unsafe when I go out to smoke a cigarette at night. Doors to the building only open with a room key, and it's not a shady neighborhood. Cops do roll through the parking lot every night but I think its just because we're close to their home base.

It was okay!”
I booked a king bed but when I arrived at 4pm they said they were out of kings and they were accommodating people that arrived before me which made ZERO sense that someone had my room. I was very upset but and was traveling with my 2 dogs and they didn’t let me pay the pet fee which i was okay with. The location is right across the street from Space Center Houston and about a 15min drive to The Kemah Boardwalk!

Just Right For What I Needed ”
Was doing an extended visit to Space Center Houston, which is literally right across the street, so for me the location could not have been better. But take note that the Space Center is quite a distance removed from Houston's Downtown, its Museum District, and most other attractions. Also, the included "breakfast" is just a very minimal Grab 'n' Go, not even what most would consider a Continental one. (This was not a problem for me, since I already had special pre-booked luncheons for two of my days there, and there's a sprinkling of cafes, restaurants, and fast food places within an easy walk on either side of the hotel.) Channel selection on the TV was quite limited, but the room itself was (for the price) quite spacious, with extra chairs, a full fridge in the kitchen area, and the kind of rubberized non-slip surface on the shower floor which should be standard in all hotels everywhere. A shelf or two on the bathroom walls would be a welcome touch, but overall was very pleased.

The customer service was subpar. The gentle was working alone ,so he couldn’t do everything by himself. He was fairly new ,but fought to the end so for that he gets an A Effort. The hotel was average but the bed was as hard as a rock by far the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Check out was quick and simple. Also the extra $100 deposit if you book through a third party was a bit absurd I do get the concept.

No cooking utensils or dishes were provided no blow dryer manager walked in my room while I was getting dressed and told me she had the right to go in any room she wanted because she was the manager I checked out after she said that to me

WORST DO NOT GO HERE!”
They overbook every day and ask you to go to their "Partner Hotel" or "Alternative" and they charge 40-70% higher price than what you initially wanted to pay. (This has happened to me twice and multiple times to most of my friends and family who book here, IT IS NOT A ONE OFF, you can also see reviews on many websites with customers facing similar issues)This must be a scam and this should be investigated by someone. I do not have the time for a lawsuit. If one you want a good payday, book a room here. go through all the headache and then sue them. If you want peace and serenity in your life, book elsewhere.
