체크인하는데 30분이상 소요되고 방은 상상 이상으로 지저분하고 바퀴벌레가 돌아다님. 조식은 형편없음. 가격은 싸지만 아무리 싸도 다음에 다시가고 싶지않은 호텔

I was working around that area so I choose to stay there, it was good.. but housekeeping is only once a week.. I was not happy about no cleaning for the week I was there, I had to go to the front every time to ask for towels, toilet paper etc..

The room was clean like the Hilton but their breakfast was very little of. Dog fee 28$ a lot of nosy people there always watching .

Frat House conditions great people”
The place looks like an apartment I had when I was broke. Cabinets and furniture needed help. The bed was comfy though. Served its purpose. Just needed a one night cheap stay and was worth what I paid. Moriah at the desk was super nice and helpful though. Having people like that make you overlook some of the other things and give a little grace.

The desk staff when I checked in and when I checked out were both very nice, friendly people. The floors were not clean, the elevator was not clean and the rooms were not updated. My toilet clogged up the first time i used it and there is no staff to fix, no phone to call the front desk. I would not stay there again.

Values and ethics”
If an individual has accepted that it's alright for themselves and any family to breath, smell, inhale smoke - marijuana and, or cigarettes... Specially, if it's marketed as a smoke free enterprise; well, then, by all means, it is worth every penny. If an individual cares to do something, then, do it. Albeit, no one else should have to "do it" as well. Especially, children and pets... It is just not alright. I must say that "JC" (works front desk) should be appreciated, for, she will be an asset to any organization. Every quality one should desire for someone on their team to possess... And, much, much more.

Our family came to Houston because my mother was in the hospital. I had booked and paid for 2 nights for this extended stay America. Once we got in the room, the smell was really unbearable. I asked for a better room but was informed that the room we got was one of the nicest. We ended up just staying the night at the hospital and checked out the next day even though I paid for 2 night. My family could not stayed there. We transferred to Marriott instead.

Horrible ”
There was people hanging out around the property. It smelled horrible in the hallways, and some one was smoking in a non smoking room the smell was so strong I smelled it in my room. I got let in by security cause the clerk wasn't up front and I was in the ml) nm. Z zdx ex mom z
