    Great place, bad service ”

    Although the hotel looks fantastic but the service and the food quality and variety doesn’t match a 5* hotel at all -no music around the pool -the international restaurant has a very small variety of food & sweets and isn’t not delicious at all -they miss basic stuff like there is no tissues on the restaurant table, when you ask the waiters for any thing he forgets and you have to ask many times -the reception stuff didn’t explain anything about our reservation during check in -this hotel is one of the those hotels that charge you for water and soft drinks during dinner although we booked on HB basis

    stay at resort type of occasion”

    if you wish to explore mall and do some shopping this would not be an ideal location......also one point worth mentioning we arrived around 10pm for check in and the front desk was under staff with only one staff helping a queue of people.......so when you thought we finally arrived at the hotel after a long flight, this just doesn't come at a better time............apart from that ......price is justified for our stay

We regret your disappointment for being unable to check in upon your arrival and understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about the appointed check in time starting at 3pm, although it should be reported on the booking confirmation; at the hotel we always do our utmost to make sure our guests can check in as soon as they arrive, unfortunately during periods of high occupancy it may not be possible considering that check out is at 12pm and our housekeeping staff needs to undertake a thorough cleaning of the rooms before assigning them to new arrivals.     The staff were so attentive and friendly. Ram from Spectrum knows what we need. Paul from the reception who was very accomodating. Ali from the concierge. Daniel and Emmanuel from the pool area who always checks on us. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

    Perfect Summer Getaway”

    We upgraded our room to a junior suite and it was worth it. The room size was very comfortable. It was very nice to lounge indoors with the view of the sea from the window. The staff were cordial and nice but housekeeping tends to be slow. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities but the walk on the beach at nighttime was very nice. I would definitely come back.

    Relaxing stay”

    Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. The room was huge, comfy bed, and the facilities are good. We really enjoyed chillin at hamoc watching the sunset- our favorite part of our stay. Cons- check in time is too late-3pm, the beach have seaweeds floating ashore, the pool is most likely for kids as the depth is only 4.1 ft. It would be better too if they have a wider selection of breakfast to offer Nonetheless, we still love this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Although the hotel looks fantastic but the service and the food quality and variety doesn’t match a 5* hotel at all -no music around the pool -the international restaurant has a very small variety of food & sweets and isn’t not delicious at all -they miss basic stuff like there is no tissues on the restaurant table, when you ask the waiters for any thing he forgets and you have to ask many times -the reception stuff didn’t explain anything about our reservation during check in -this hotel is one of the those hotels that charge you for water and soft drinks during dinner although we booked on HB basis

    stay at resort type of occasion”

    if you wish to explore mall and do some shopping this would not be an ideal location......also one point worth mentioning we arrived around 10pm for check in and the front desk was under staff with only one staff helping a queue of people.......so when you thought we finally arrived at the hotel after a long flight, this just doesn't come at a better time............apart from that ......price is justified for our stay

We regret your disappointment for being unable to check in upon your arrival and understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about the appointed check in time starting at 3pm, although it should be reported on the booking confirmation; at the hotel we always do our utmost to make sure our guests can check in as soon as they arrive, unfortunately during periods of high occupancy it may not be possible considering that check out is at 12pm and our housekeeping staff needs to undertake a thorough cleaning of the rooms before assigning them to new arrivals.     The staff were so attentive and friendly. Ram from Spectrum knows what we need. Paul from the reception who was very accomodating. Ali from the concierge. Daniel and Emmanuel from the pool area who always checks on us. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

    Perfect Summer Getaway”

    We upgraded our room to a junior suite and it was worth it. The room size was very comfortable. It was very nice to lounge indoors with the view of the sea from the window. The staff were cordial and nice but housekeeping tends to be slow. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities but the walk on the beach at nighttime was very nice. I would definitely come back.

    Relaxing stay”

    Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. The room was huge, comfy bed, and the facilities are good. We really enjoyed chillin at hamoc watching the sunset- our favorite part of our stay. Cons- check in time is too late-3pm, the beach have seaweeds floating ashore, the pool is most likely for kids as the depth is only 4.1 ft. It would be better too if they have a wider selection of breakfast to offer Nonetheless, we still love this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone.
