역사있는 호텔이고 레이크루이스 관광하기 좋은 위치라 주차하기위해서라도 묵을만한 가치가있다 ㅎㅎ 주차요금은 30캐딸이다(1박2일인지 계속인진 모르겠네..) 위생.서비스는 당연히 좋고 시설은 아무래도 낡았다..

너무 외진 곳에 있어서 접근성이 떨어지고 겨울에는 풍광이 그다지 좋은 편은 아니었습니다 또한 모든 방이 호수뷰인 것은 절대 아닙니다 호수 귀투머리도 보지 못했습니다 50만원이나 써서 이 정도 방에서 숙박할 것을 알았더라면 다른 호텔에서 묵었을 거 같습니다

Lake front and high end”
Once in a lifetime, should stay here for at least 1 night. If you do, make sure to get the lake view room. The experience is just phenomenal. You will get the luxury and convenience. Try the restaurants on-site, and ask for the window seats. The hotel has a menu for every restaurant online. You are right on Lake Louise, and there is plenty of view and hiking around. I believe there is a shuttle between Lake Louise and Lake Moraine on the public parking next to the hotel. The hotel has its own parking. There are some shops for gifts and convenience items. There is also a coffee and pastries shop and the croissant was so good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room is not a modern one, but it is clean and nice.

Great location. I prefer lake Louis in the winter as not too crowded. Stayed 2 nights .Good all round service friendly staff . Activities in the winter, ice skating walks along the lake ,skiing, and sleigh rides plus lots of other things including shops!

The day that I check in, front desk offer me to upgrade the suite soon it was worth to did that because it included breakfast , parking and stay on the gold floor.

Enjoyed my stay but beware of the credit card charges put on your card”
My friends and I stayed with Fairmont from the 11 Dec to 12 Dec and we enjoyed the time we had there. Awesome view and the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. However, beware of the charges posted to your credit card by the hotel. They charged an extra night of room charge, despite me pre-paying for the room. A couple more unknown charges which belonged to another guest was put into my credit card. After sorting out with the hotel, they proceed with the refund and I suffered exchange rate losses which they have no intentions of compensating. What amazes me is that after sending me the refund, they once again charged my card another 2 times the amount they refunded. I am clueless what this hotel is doing and needless to say I will incur more exchange rate losses at my own expense.

Great for seeing Lake Louise - an excellent way to see the Lake and the surrounding area. Day trippers queue for parking and see it at its busiest but staying at the Chateau gives you a real advantage. Rooms were good, restaurants were good, staff were friendly.

Lovely facility”
The view of Lake Louise is unparallel. The staff is friendly and helpful and food in all restaurants and coffee stop were wonderful. Pricey but a good splurge.
