The hotel management don't know how to take care of guests. The breakfast wasn't open on time at 7AM. They have such bad attitude about everything. Would never stay here again.

Easy to find parking and walkable distance to 7 train”
The room is small but adequate. A bit smelly when we first got in but after blasting aircon for 24 hrs , the smell subsided. Location wise it’s close by 7 and easy to park. Was a bit nervous on the train track being too loud - can still hear it but quiet enough to get the sleep still.

The hotel room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, the sheets were dirty with about six long hairs in the bed and several disgusting stains. Had to request new sheets but no one was available to change them. Not worth the money.

Great place with good public transport connection”
This hotel has got really nice staff and still served nice breakfast despite the pandemic. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room is basic but clean. A little bit of noise from the trail lines about 50 yards away but asides that, everything worked and an excellent experience.

Great value, pleasant stay”
It's easily accessible by subway Line 7, which goes straight to Times Square, Port Authority, Megabus, and Grand Central. We got a great deal from Agoda and excellent service on top of that: we were upgraded to a king size bed and free breakfast and didn't have to change rooms mid-stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tea available in the lobby all the time. Trains across the street a little loud at times and the one elevator rather slow, but I'm very pleased overall.

Hip vibe, kind staff and down to earth ”
I like the hotel a lot ~ because of unfortunate circumstances brought on to me by mentally ill family, I have had the opportunity to spend time at many hotels as of recent. It has been a juggling game I've trying to find a place that I actually like to be and feel comfortable while also trying to conserve money and find hotels that are reasonable enough to stay in to at least make it through the week on what I have been making unemployment. It hasn't been easy and it hasn't been fun, to say the least. I vaguely remember having seen the feather Factory Hotel several years ago when I was in the process of moving and I had to stay in a hotel for a bit. The other day I found myself in Long Island City and I thought it would be a nice change to be in Long Island City rather than Manhattan so I decided to look for a hotel and I found the feather Factory which friends had suggested and said was very nice in the past so I booked. The staff has been extremely kind, helpful, and very courteous. The hotel has a great vibe to it, it is hip and contemporary while also maintaining a down-to-earth feeling that makes you feel like you are somewhere that you can be yourself. I hardly ever eat breakfast in the hotels that offer breakfast as part of the package. I decided to try the breakfast here because I'm on the first floor and if I didn't like it I could just go right back into my room. I was so happy that I did, because you are able to choose items from there convenience store which they have on the premises. I chose to bagels with cream cheese and assorted jams along with two different types of cake when was a coffee cake and one was a banana nut muffin and I snack on them all day. This hotel is definitely one of my favorites and I would say is perhaps one of the top three that I have stayed in in New York City.

Außenbereich mit Bahn und Zementabfüllung einfach zu laut. Zimmer ziemlich lieblos. Bett/Matratze gut. Frühstücksraum mit dem tollen Blick nur am WE offen, sehr enttäuschend.
