Clean and tidy room with good design. Front desk staff answered my request quickly. Staff are very polite and friendly. Tasty breakfast. Convenient location, located in the centre of the city.

Great location”
Location at the central station so easy access to anywhere in the city. It has a “budget” / no-frills feel but is clean, bright and spacious. Can upgrade if you require more room facilities like fridge and bath slippers. Breakfast is quite decent. Staff helpful with travel info and making bookings for restaurant and taxi.

More like a 2-3 star hotel”
The hotel looks great from the outside until you actually go inside. The rooms are very basic with a very simple student-like bathroom. It’s more of a cheap student hotel than a proper hotel. Breakfast is good but nothing wow. Again, is more of a 2-3 star hotel. Location-wise is good if you want to be nearby the central station but construction around the area diminishes the value a lot. Better stay in other hotels inside the center.

Location is superb would stay again just for location trams trains and buses all down stairs. Hotel rooms are very quite and spacious. Breakie is nice but it never changed so you do get sick of it after few days. Would recommend as its modern clean and all you need for a hotel.

Great location but issues with rooms! 3 of out 5”
This hotel is in the perfect location for Gothenburg. Its right beside the central station where both the buses and train arrive. Its also directly across the road road from the main Gothenburg shopping centre which has everything from cafes, to clothes shops to supermarkets. The hotel itself is q 4 star which includes breakfast, breakfast is buffet style and has a large selection of cold meats, cheeses and hold food which is all so nice. The rooms are clean and basic enough, the reason I am not giving the 5 stars is that we had issues in our rooms, the first room didn't have a working toilet which took 2 days to upgrade us, the 2nd room had a poor working shower which was reported and never fixed so we were annoyed about this. Had there been none of these problems I would give it 5 out of 5 for location, breakfast and very clean rooms!

I dont understand the hype around this hotel, its a 3 star hotel at its best, its not a 4 star at all, the floor in the room was sticky, the bed was stained on the side, chairs were stained as well, it wasnt cleaned properly . Even the lift was smelly , and house keeping wasnt good, they didnt replace the glasses and cups, also didnt even take the dirty cups. The only positive thing about this place is the location and thats only if you’re using trains. Wont recommend .

Pro - location, breakfast. Con - do not expect friendly reception. checked in late at night and there was hiccup with payment confirmation, was told to drop by reception again the next day to meet the manager to sort out even after Agoda customer service called them. when we visited the reception the next day, was just told that issue was resolved and manager didnt even bother to come out to explain what had caused all the trouble.

Right on top of the train station, as it can get a bit crowded once you enter the train station. But hotel is otherwise was quiet. Otherwise a good experience.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; Super Lage direkt über den Hauptbahnhof; war trotzdem sehr ruhig; großes Zimmer; reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (wenn auch sehr viele Gäste dort) Innenstadt (Gustav Adolf Torg etc.) fußläufig bequem erreichbar.
