Parking area clean and secure. For hotel room, everything was good. But in term of cleanliness, maybe management can improve more. Especially the towel. Replace them if it starts to look like a rag. Kitchen all good. Got microwave, rice cooker etc. For tv channel, only can access few channels only. If you have netflix, just watch your netflix ya. You can walk directly to the mall as it is just beside the hotel. If you come here and aim to shopping, this hotel will be a good choice, and it is affordable too. Almost everything can be found in the mall.

Luxury because everything's under one roof...easy access to sunway pyramid mall...parking with good rate...hotel was in good condition... cleanliness overall ok just the floor a bit dirty maybe too long hotel not operate...kids happy with the staycation...looking for future promotion 🤩😍

highly recommend if you want go to sunway logoon,or shopping on sunway pyramid,direct thru their lift then can go to shopping mal or theme parkl .nice room,nice view,when you open the balcony window is the full view theme park sunway lagoon,that room also have a litter kitchen.staff very helpful and if you let them storage the luggage is FOC.

Liked the kitchenette facility which let us the flexibility of making drinks and eating take away. Only problem is we could not get the microwave to work. Suggest to leave some instructions on its operation. There was no pot or a pan for heating although there is an electronic stove.

The only negative comments is the reception service. There was no proper welcoming and goodbyes, let say not a friendly service. When we were checking out, we've told reception a day early to collect our bags and they rang us up to confirm the next day which was professional however our bags was just left infront of the elevator and we end up doing everything ourselves. Maybe more staff for conceirge rather than the reception guy doing it. There was a security guy sitting at the conceirge desk but wasnt sure if he is just a security guy and wasnt helpful too. We pushed the trolley to the car and back inside without him offering help.

great location, just beside sunway piramid hotel, connected to the mall, easy check in and check out, clean and proper managed. we cannot get theme park view but city view also quite nice. there is no swimming pool and self pay parking

Excellent Location with Great Value”
This place gave me exactly what I wanted, which was convenience and value for money. The resort suite was right besides the hotel and next to the water park and a mall. Perfect location! The only minus was some odor in the room, not that the room itself was dirty, but the odor a bit of blemish to otherwise an excellent value for money.

For a decent price, I gotten a corner unit. Everything is better than expected. The unit was cozy. Thou the lobby reception location was counter-intuitive, but I like the concept of whatsapp which a group of admins are ready to serve you anytime. Will definitely return again.
