위치가 페털링 시장, 차이나타운, 중앙 예술시장 근처 있어서 그 근처를 여행하려면 좋습니다. 호텔도 새호텔이고 친절해서 만족합니다. 주차장도 잘 되어 있어서 차량으로 방문해도 부담없었습니다. 말레이시아 건물들이 주차장이 좁고 진입로가 아주 좁게 설계되어 있는 것을 감안하면 나쁜편은 아니고 괜찮은 수준이었습니다.

Definitely worth the stay”
Decided to stay after a long period of MCO and we were not dissapointed! The check-in and check-out process were really smooth and fast, the staffs very friendly and efficient. Room was very nice and had a direct view to KL Tower, KLCC and Merdeka 118 is just beside the hotel. We ordered room service twice, for dine in and then requested for prayer mat. The staffs were very quick to fulfill our requests both times. And not to mention, their carrot cake is the best I have ever had. Don't miss to try it. Breakfast option were plenty, mostly accommodating to Asian style preferences and all the staff greeted us with a wide smile during the meal. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay and loved every moment of it. Hotel is located in a strategic place, Petaling Steet is just a stone throws away which is accesible by a short walk. Room was very clean and spacious, had a very good sleep on the comfy bed.

Checking in at 00:00 am due to last minute booking, so could not review much. but here is basically my personal rating. Customer service: A++ Free complimentary drinks during check in / out Worth the price Strategic location at the city center Bed was comfortable, room was great Toilet & bathroom was clean Toiletries are good Staffs are friendly, helpful and warm. I told them that my husband complaints about a stink smell in the toilet (i think they overlook on that part), and they humbly apologized to us and will improve the housekeeping & monitoring the upkeep. Would definitely repurchase & revisit here p/s: Not a fussy customer here, glad their service was exceeding my expectations

One of the best staycation we had within the vicinity of KL. The hotel is relatively new and everything is clean. The hotel service is top notch. We were provided with bath tub and potty for my kids upon request at check in. We were also offered a late check out at 4pm which we appreciated very much as we have a baby and a toddler with us. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is located just opposite merchant lane and cho cha cafe. It is also within walking distance from other cafes and the heart of petaling street. Would definitely be back.

Quite a wonderful stay!”
Was very lucky to get a unit facing 118 tower. The view is amazing. The staffs are friendly. The facilities and room are clean. I guess the swimming pool had quite some amount of chlorine and is quite salty. Not sure is it usual. Parking lot is not enough inside the building. But nearby is having some other public parking space. My stay is quite silence and peace here. The price is comfortable and location is easy access for food hunting. TQ!

Best Hotel I ever stayed in Kuala Lumpur so far”
I would recomend this place for those who loves local food and enjoy nightlife. It is so convinient to go around with strategy locations. The MRT stations within walking distance.The hotel is so clean and new. The staff is so friendly and nice. Especially the receiptionist ,housekeeping and concierge. Even the sky bar named Jann have a very nice view of KLCC Kl towers and KL city.

SUPER VALUE FOR MONEY”
The hotel has superb interior decor which is very insta worthy, staffs are pleasant looking, friendly and helpful. Room design and space are average but the bed and pillows are very comfy, the shampoos and shower gel smells nice too. Another very good thing is they located right opposite of the all time crowded Ho Kow Kopitiam. We woke up and just walked across the street and had our breakfast there😀 I stayed for 1 night and we had plenty of choice for food (decent cafe or Chinese wok besides the street) Kwai Chai Hong also within 1 min walking distance, can have a nice stroll and while enjoy the vivid mural art. Really worth staying. The only downside is it was my Bday on the day I checked in but there was no Bday surprise or a single greeting note from hotel, huhuhuhuuuu

Just the right spot”
The hotel is strategically located in an area where you can find food easily. You can just walk around for many of the attractions listed in Chinatown & Pasar Seni. The check in was smooth, staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel had a very chill ambience and it was pretty at night. My room view was amazing as i had both klcc and kl tower view. I just loved the room alot. Breakfast was pretty good and the food was flavourful as well, only one call out for the noodles section to have vege or chicken soup since you serve beef soup and curry soup. All in all i enjoyed the stay and will come back again

Excellent location ”
Came together with my partner for a staycation - wanting to explore Chinatown. Check in process was seamless. Staff were friendly and very professional. Room was clean, views were amazing! Location wise - can't say that we've ever made a better choice. All the places of interest were just 5-10 minutes walk away. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location. Prices are excellent, I have stayed during weekday and honestly I am so happy I found this place. The room was lovely, super clean with comfortable bed I and OMG love they pillows! bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful. Great job Fourpoints Sheraton! would definitely visit again

The perfect hotel”
They have the best staff ever, they are genuine and super friendly. The room is nice, clean with affordable price. Our room has the city view with PNG tower right in front of the room. Location is great, walking distance to Pasar Seni train station and there are many bars and cafes around the hotel. Totally recommend!

Enjoyable stay, cozy, relax”
It was a relaxing stay and we enjoy our stay so much. Nice view, good facilities, clean hotel. Parking might be limited during weekends but we managed to get parking. Rm10 was charged per stay. Walking distance to mamak stall, a lot of cafe nearby, 7e. We did not try the hotel food but surely will come again and try their food at Jann.

Good location and good shower!”
My husband and I have known as tamjiakduo since our pak-tor days. We are very happy with the hotel’s location is in the middle of all the famous restaurants and cafe. Food is everywhere! Literally just walking distance! Of course, the hotel itself also serves really good Malaysian food! You can find Nasi Lemak, Char Kurt Teow etc. Due to the pandemic, we finally able to enjoy some satays in the hotel! Taste very good too! Enjoy some drinks at their Jann’s bar, you will love it. Nowadays we hardly able to find hotels with a good shower waters pressure. Four points shower is amazing! I love their water pressure! No worries at allwhen a person takes a dump back to back! Aside from that, hotels is super clean! Only drawback is I didn’t like the smell of the bed. Not sure if is the smell of sanitizer or their laundry wash. Overall, we had a very good times!

New beautiful hotel!”
i love this hotel! the interior is super simple yet so elegant! the lobby is very welcoming and super INSTAGRAMMABLE! just walking distance from Pasar Seni station (MRT & LRT), and of course just a walking distance to the infamous Central Market. Also only 1 minute walk to the famous tourist spot, Kwai Chai Hong & Petaling Street! I would definitely repeat this hotel, just for a fun and quick staycation. The check in and check out was also very smooth and hussle free! Very reasonable price! I heard this hotel opened in 2019. Hope it will remain pretty and comfy over the next years too.

Very pleasant stay”
Really satisfied with my stay. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Facilities, bar and the food is beyond expectation. The staffs are really friendly even allowed me to extend check out hours. The only thing can be improve is the shower screen partition not really separated the water out, it makes the toilet wet. Overall definitely one night is not enough, will come back again! Thanks

Good location”
Very clean hotel with wonderful service from the staff. The reception/lobby is located on the 7th floor, it was hassle free to check in. There was a lot of good and affordable within walking distance from the hotel. Will consider to stay here again next time we visit KL

Food stay cay!”
If you're a foodie, this hotel definitely at the most strategic location. From morning breakfast at Ho Kaw, lunch at Ahli Muthu Ah Hock, Tea time at Nike Match cafe to dinner at Wildflowers, you name it all. BUT! Do not miss their hotel breakfast buffet! The hotel also provides a varieties of western breakfast all the way to our local cuisine. you name it, Teh C, Pao, Nasi rendang & etc. We will recommend couples to at least have a 3 days 2 nights stay to full enjoy the staycay in Kuala Lumpur. You will love it!

Best Hotel for Couple / Traveler”
The hotel room is spacious and super clean. The pillow is so soft and so comforting. Have basic amenities and the hotel location is so strategic. Walking distant to Petaling Street, luckin kopi and etc. The staff service is super good and friendly. Just the lift a bit slow.
