2nd stay and the experience was getting better”
First entered the parking lot was greeted by the friendly guard happily and feel appreciated on the spot. The process of check in smooth as butter although have to fill in the form online, the room was superb and clean. The housekeeper on duty assisted me a lot, asked politely if need to change or remake the room. Give him token of appreciation please. The process of check out also easy peasy just one particular thing that make me uncomfortable, my room was facing the apartment, I can’t open the window as I wanted too. Hope next time got the park view so I can enjoyed my stay meaningfully. Kudos to all

Booked at FOX, transferred to Citadines”
My review would be on Citadines. I booked my stay at Fox Lite but got transferred to Citadines since the hotel is not opened yet (until May 2022). Stay at Citadines was good, staffs polite and easy breasy checking in via QR code scanning to fill up your details. Connected to DPulze Shopping Centre (both Fox and Citadines), it’s easy to find entertainment and food. All facilities are clean and all lifts working fine. Will return back to Citadines, and definitely will try checking in Fox in the future.

i have a difficulty finding the hotel to check in as the original place has been closed. Turn out the hotel actually is the same as Citadines which is inside the mall, UG floor. Check in was fast.less than 5min. Parking is easy, as you can park inside the mall, plenty of parking. Not free but they do provide flat rate. The hotel was more like studio apartment, got small kitchen with stove, microwave, pots and pan. Perfect for a long stay. I love that the hotel is inside the mall, plenty of shop and restaurant downstairs.very convenient. Wifi is not fast for Netflix but good enough for you to do some work done. After all, i will come back here for another short gateway.

Value for money”
Got a free upgrade to Citadines. The room was clean andd well-lit, WiFi was fast and the connection stable, basic amenities were provided, and overall a pleasant stay. My only gripes were that the shower drain didn't seem to be draining properly, and the water did not stay hot for long.

Great place for weekend staycation or shortrip”
This hotel was under renovation and my stay was upgraded to Citadines. Great place inside the mall. Staff very helpfull as initially i was lost due to my own mistakes. Parking flat rate RM3.30/entry. Just no drinking/mineral water inside. Got ironing facilities & hair dryer in the room. Got all my fav restaurant just nearby Citadines. Worth the money. Definitely will come again if needed to stay nearby.

BEST HOTEL”
I like the hotel! exactly in the mall!!!! just the staff should remind the customer where to park & how to get to the hotel. Not just us, there is also more than one family who struggles to find the hotel from the car park. Otherwise everything is fine! Im happy customer!

fox is under construction, the management replace with Citadines Hotel. Location is very good as attached with D'Pluzze Shopping Mall. Very convenient. I enjoy my 1 night stay and recommended. Hotel upgrade my room from standard to executive room. TQ

Nice pool and view”
Since it is pandemic season, the pool and gym can only be used by turn. The pro of overall of my stay was the kitchen is fully equipped and I enjoyed cooking there. Window view is Neo Cyber side.

Clean, location at dpulse, convenience ”
I like the hotel, furnished with a kitchen, and sofa. The room is spacious, and very convinent if you want to buy grocery and cook in the room. Jaya grocer at the ground floor. Highly recommended.

i was given room at citadines. i must say i love it so much~ there's mini fridge, microwave and cutleries~ my fave spot is the desk. the height is suitable and ergonomic to me. will definitely book again~

Everything is nice, staff is friendly the only problem for me is the food is kinda too spicy, they should ask whether guest can have spicy food or not.

Worth every penny”
The room that I’m staying is really spacious for the 2 of us. The services are really efficient and hospitality is really amazing from the staff. However, there was someone else’s fried rice in the microwave which was not cleared by housekeeping. That was the only downside. Hopefully you guys can look into this cuz there might be other rooms affected. But nevertheless my stay experience was still amazing. 9/10

Confusing but worth it”
Went to fox dlite and noticed that the hotel was under renovation. Was routed to citadines hotel and took me 30mins to find and check in. The room was an upgraded room which includes kitchen and comfortable bed.

everything is superb but..”
I enjoyed my stay, the room has mini dining hall with sofa and table, iron, hair dryer, kitchen too! the dpulze mall has everything you could ask for The staff at the reception was very friendly. Easy access to mall, just one door away. The breakfast were sent to your room, I picked nasi goreng kampung which tasted amazing too! My room got kitchen, toaster, microwave, cutlery, plates, etc. The only thing that requires their attention is the baby roaches.. when i first opened the utensils drawer, there's a baby roach. And at night, while I was reading under dimmed light in the room, I saw 3 to 4 baby roaches from under the couch. 🥺 Please pay attention to this.
